Danny Rose admits it was "draining" having to share the England dressing room with members of Liverpool's Champions League-winning team because it served as a constant reminder of Tottenham's failure in Madrid.

Utter BS. He didn't say anything of the sort if you read the quotes. He actually said it's NOT draining joining up with the England squad.

Danny Rose said:
It is a bit draining having lost last weekend and having to share the camp with Liverpool players. You are reminded every day that you lost the final and that was a unique experience for me.

I hear you, Danny. I've found having Liverpool fans as friends draining even when they're on the other side of the world.

Can’t Rose go 1 day without making some kind of negative comment?

Can't gullible fans go one day without reading into headlines purposely spun to creative a negative outlook? Read his other comments in the article like for example:

We have a great squad here. I have known Jordan for 10 years now. He has been fine, we have spoken about the game.

So why haven't you had the courtesy to at least read the comments before commenting when you know full well how the media works?

It's refreshing to hear a player offer some insight instead of cliches. I hope Rose stays with us, because he's still one of the top left backs in the league even if he is a notch or two below his peak form.

And to be fair, that final might be something we regret for....ever!?!? It's been bothering me, so I'm glad it's bothering those who took part in it. It was such a lackluster effort compared to the quarters and semis, it still beggars belief that we didn't take more risks once we got a foothold in the game halfway through the first half until the end. So tentative against a team that was way off the pace. Such a shame.

Funny because the performance by our team in the final was draining.
I will never ever hear the last of this CL final for as long as i live with my wife and whole family Liverpool fans!!!
