Have decided not to renew so at least one ticket will be available to someone on the list. Glad I at least has a season ticket for a few years as I never ever thought I would get one

They said they’re letting you change the name on the season ticket. I’ve gone to renew and change one of my group members name but there isn’t an option?

Anyone know what to do here??

Sorry if already mentioned but couldn’t find the answer. Will the ticket exchange be open this year?

Due to work I have to miss around a third of the games so if it’s not going to be possible to get my money back for these games I can’t attend, I don’t think i can justify renewing this year

I’m quite surprised people have had seat moves before the renewal process is finished?
I‘m not renewing till next week, always leave as late as possible

Some really informative stuff from the trust, it could have been inferred from Spurs' announcement but at least this makes it clearer

Any games played at a limited capacity (or less than the number of ST holders) are likely to have tickets allocated via a ballot that interested ST holders apply for. If you don't want to be included in those ballots, you don’t apply.

Each of those limited capacity games will be charged as a one-off match - not part of your season ticket. So if you don't go, you don't pay.
Once we're up to a good/full capacity again, you'll be asked to pay the remainder of your season ticket PRO RATA minus your 20% deposit. So, if there are 10 home games left, you'll be asked to pay 10/19th's of your season ticket minus the 20% deposit.

If there are no games at full/good capacity next season, your deposit rolls over to the 2021/22 season. If at that point, you decide not to renew for the 2021/22 season, your deposit will be returned to you after the renewal window has closed.

The only circumstances in which the 20% deposit is non-refundable is if you default on paying the remainder of your season ticket once the stadium is up to good/full capacity again later in the 2020/21 season. Your deposit is a commitment to the Club that you wish to retain your season ticket for the coming season. If you then default on that commitment, you will forfeit that deposit.

So basically, until the stadium is able to fully reopen, it’ll be a pay per attend basis? Works for me.

It does makes it clearer, but it still leaves a grey area. What exactly do they mean by a “good capacity”?

Said explicitly on the email direct from the club that the pro rata charge was for full capacity only.

I thought the clubs renewal or relocation emails said that it would not be able to make any decisions on relocation of seats until the renewal period closed on 7 August.

Looks now unlikely that fans will be allowed in before Spring. They have cancelled test events with Snooker, Cricket and at Goodwood ... no fans now allowed. The cases are rising and the screw is being tightened

Spring (2021). I think PL and clubs would be on verge of bankruptcy. How would government handle that? Not ITK (obviously) put blatantly obvious I think and believe.

clubs need to get sensible fast - invest in youth, cut costs etc.
