One consequence of ST non-renewals and if they can't find buyers from the waiting list could be redundancies and it's not going to be some of the overpaid playing staff , we might be following that lot up the road and some shop , office and ground staff could lose their jobs.

Anecdotally only, but I know a lot of people who haven't renewed. All of whom have had STs for their entire lives. Pretty sad but something seems to have broken. I wonder if there might be a touch of panic in the THFC boardroom. If my small sample size extrapolates out there could be a giant shortfall in uptake of STs.

I don't think it is a surprise. There is no guarantee of football next season. I just think that when it does start up again there is a risk of not getting one. My deposit is £202, thats less than a quid a day over a year, so isn't going to break the bank for me and outweighs the risk (and admin) of having to apply for a new one.

As of Friday, I am no longer a ST holder. My first season was the Santini season, gutted but I can't justify the money or the time anymore. On top of that I have begun to lose the enjoyment factor over the last few years.

We haven't directly laid anyone off yet, but one of our main contractors - Levy Restaurants (no relation!!), who do our catering - have, citing the lack of expected full/high-capacity events this year.

Think it's inevitable that someone will lose jobs , things are not going to get back to normal for ages, as with any business and football is a business , lack of income = less employees needed.
Just hope Spurs can get through all this , beginning think someone somewhere doesn't like us, the worlds greatest stadium and we can't use it.

Unlikely the club will reveal the renewal figure unless the TH supporters trust ask questions at the various meetings they have.
As far as I can remember they had to go way down the waiting list to get all 42000 sold out for the new stadium , with the present financial climate quite possible they will have a few left over .
After watching a few games with no crowds you do wonder why we pay so much for tickets , it seems that the PL badly need crowds at games or the product is very bland.

The waiting list is just a number and not a reality. I put my son on the list in summer '18 and within two months he was offered a seat. Not everyone on that list will take up the offer if they were offered it.

Only themselves to blame if its true.

Still waiting to hear back regarding the relocation request. The lack of acknowledgement of the initial relocation request has spooked me a little, I'm hoping it hasn't got lost in the ether and they are simply working their way through thousands of these requests

I am also still waiting. I did email them this week but have not had a response. I don't remember if there was any acknowledgement of my request to move seats when I completed the form some time back either?

Customer service is shit. I've emailed them a couple of times and all I get is jobsworth responses. All I want is to move my kids seat next to mine (he is a row behind me).

I’d be shocked if its any more than 10% tbh.

We had very little churn at WHL and then had 20k new season ticket holders in the new stadium. You’d assume that most non-renewals would be new-STH which 20-25% not renewing suggests around half of new-STH didn’t renew which I think is way too high

there's quite a sample on here that didn't renew, if that's translated into the wider STH membership that'll be thousands

A lot of the comments I've seen from people not renewing are from long term season ticket holders rather than newer ticket holders. Would be interesting to see a breakdown of who hasn't renewed and their reasons

I hope it’s more than 25% of the people sat around me!

I had no acknowledgement of the seat move request either so not expecting anything now.

I wondered if a few of our older fans have thought the Covid Risk would be too great and decided against

yeah I’ve seen that but 100 odd people isn’t really representative of 42k+ And won’t necessarily be the same demographic

Yeah that’s fair. You’re more likely to see anecdotal evidence from non-renewers than renewers so it can skew the way you see things

It’s not unfeasible to see 20-25% because of current circumstances but most would defer if they had health concerns. I just think the club losing 10k+ seems way too high

Yea I reckon a high number of the long term STHs didn't renew. The recent members would have been less reluctant to give it up when you consider they would have been waiting years to get one
