Champions League run last year aside we’ve been shit for two years now with two high profile managers. Levy said our performances weren’t good enough under Poch, JM has mitigating factors from the injuries but what does Levy think of this? He must be realising his stadium sponsorship is going up in smoke.

0 shots second half. There is no one who can pursade me Jose is the right man for us.
I sort of agree but he’s not in the pitch the talent we had out there should be able to muster something coached poorly or not those players as with Poch are fucking terrible

I want Levy to go tbh JM can follow but I think things need that much of a shake up

Anyone blaming the manager can really fuck off. Only so much one can do with an aging squad with very minimal refreshments in the last 3 years. The person really to blame is most of SC's favorite human in the world, baldilocks.

bollocks mate. This squad has more talent that getting humbled by this lot

We should of stuck with Poch and backed him in the market 100 that was my first choice.

Now Mourinho will need to be backed big time being out of Europe will be a blessing. Levy has to act quickly we are weak.
Stop it with the Poch pining - that reign was terminal and not getting any better!

After all those years of threatening to deliver success its like having the tottenham of the 90s back. I think I kind of enjoyed the excitement of naming an unknown manager from somewhere in Europe more than I did this stunning fall from (almost) grace. Bring back the days of Christian Gross and all that.

If we're going back in time why not 2018 when Poch needed signings and we wouldn't even stump up for Jack Grealish (who has now quadrupled in value).

Not really. Lloris, Toby and Verts are seasoned pros; Sanchez a strong talent, TN a massive talent, GLC a creative and smart player, Alli the same, Bergwijn looks good etc.

The one explanation for a lot of good players looking poor is a shit manager

Toby and Verts haven't been as good for years now. Sanchez hasn't kicked on, quite disappointing actually. TN wasn't good for Mourinho or Poch. Alli hasn't been good for 3 seasons now.

Before the start I was reading what a strong bench we had
It's not though is it? It's nearly the same bench we had under Poch ...

I keep saying it, last summers window was fucking shocking.

United were down, Chelsea were down...both well ahead of us now. Top 4 is pretty much nailed on already for next season.
