Wilder's plans outclassed Mourinho's. Our defence was embarrassing to watch tonight. We had over seventy per cent possession and we just could not break down their defence, yes, we were unlucky when Kane thought he scored the equaliser, but VAR rules are very clear. We really need to revamp our defence next season and that includes Lloiris too.

Absolute shit show, this teams getting worse. Its not getting any better in the summer either, we ain't gonna be spending. We'd only piss it up the wall anyway if we did.

Just hope Wolves get the CL spot, that's us done.

just seems so lathegic. One pace I’m defence and attack.
No ball pressure to close Sheff Utd down and tap tap tap tiddly tap with the ball
I won't say to anyone that they're not allowed to have a pop at Mourinho, but the players, like the did with Poch, are in some circumstances failing Mourinho as well.

Comfortably beaten by an injury ravaged sheff utd unfortunately not surprised or disappointed really.

Like The old days of tim Sherwood were I don't care for the coach or the players

Imjury ravaged is a bit OTT. They had 2 first team players out

how the fuck is it his fault if the players don’t do their jobs. Explain that to me?

Because he's the one who's supposed to get the players to do their jobs... that is his job. Set up a system, tell the players what to do. If one person makes a mistake, fair enough.

If the whole team isn't working, that's his fucking fault.

All about next season now.

That disallowed goal changed the complexion of the game. We didn't chase our markers enough. We didnt make the field wide enough. But that disallowed goal clearly rattled our team, there should have also been a sending off and Kane's push was pretty non existent too. Mind we needed to be better. We couldn't deal with their counters and defenders coming forward. We were our best when playing on the counter in the first half offensively. we don't play passes quick enough and lack those kind of players.

The rest of the games should be treated as a pre-season. Mourinho needs to use them to sort out the defence and bring Ndombele through. Then we need to replace Airier and Sissoko in TW and try and install some passion in our play.

Two measly chances were all they needed after being dominated. Arsenal are now ahead of us as well

What does Moo coach them in training? Everybody getting into one another's way when we have the ball in the centre and no running from those not really within 5 yards of the ball.

As for the game, I said at half time the intensity and attitude wasn't good enough, it got worse...

Second half was some of the most clueless football I have seen, no idea and no urgency. As bad as anything we saw under AVB or Poch under those circumstances. Our first shot on target was the injury time tap in. The goalie never made a save. Just woeful.

Defensively all three goals were pathetic cant be bothered defensive efforts from several individuals - mainly midfielders and fullbacks. Again turning up with a shit attitude.

People can say VAR fucked us in the first half, it did, but we got what we deserved for how we approached the 90 minutes - fuck all.

Are we seriously going to start screeching that this rot started when we got rid of Poch?

Really?

Levy and Poch’s arrogance, complacency and sheer incompetence in the transfer market over multiple are where this decline began.

It accelerated in Poch’s final year (one away win in almost a year, remember that?) and no manager is going to turn it round in a short space of time, the rot has sunk so deep.

We need wholesale change, beginning at the top. And we do not need fucking Poch back, no matter how loudly the hardcore Pochettes scream and shout and wear their collective memory loss on their snot-drenched sleeves.

Exactly. Too many idiots think Poch is the answer when actually he was the cause of the start of the problems.

Three months. Three fucking months to have a real think about how to do things differently. There can't be a single person connected to the club - fan, player or staff - that thought the way forward after a three month break is to do EVERYTHING THE FUCKING SAME AS BEFORE.

Yet here we are.

To be honest I'm not pining for Poch I'm more not convinced in any way Jose is the guy. Just doesn't fit in any way.

I do think Poch will be back but I'm not pinning for him although I respect and love the guy. I just think this relationship with Jose will end in one way. Just really doesn't fit
Well, it’s a results business so whilst the style of play is not the be all for me personally, if he doesn’t get the results then DL will come knocking. My only concern is whether something is not quite going right behind the scenes as first it was Poch getting upset and now it’s (so far) not working out for Jose
