Thought there should just be a thread to put in and discuss any Spurs related opinions and discussions that have taken place on Sky, whether it be from Gillette Soccer Saturday or just Sky Sports News generally or from the panel/commentators from a live match. It can obviously be from ITV, BBC, BT or whoever broadcasts our games.
There are times when I miss what the panel on Gillette Soccer Saturday have said about us so if someone had seen it, it would be appreciated if it was put on here too.

Made me laugh just watching Soccer Saturday now, they showed Downing's ruled out goal against Palace and then reminded us from an article headline a few years back that read "Spurs must part with Gareth Bale plus £15m to buy Stewart Downing" :D

Does anyone know if our Fulham game has been discussed?

Once Jamie Redknapp said Lamela had shown "glimpses" at Roma and had scored a "couple" of goals, I switched channel. Jamie never fails to amuse me.

No doubt if we signed someone like Ronaldo it would be "He's score a handful of goals during his time at Madrid, and he had a few okay seasons"

Good point made (for once), we've scored just 5 goals from inside the penalty area in 14 league games (barring penalties of course).

A terrible stat.

I file Jamie Redknapp's 'expert advice' under 'complete bollocks'.

At least his Dad is mildly amusing - Jamie is just a twonk!

Saw that. I totalled them up in the Fulham ratings thread yesterday.

Carragher is the one that i always want to turn off but can't - it's like listening to a train screeching through a station out of control, as he gets more animated his voice gets more high pitched and he gets less intelligible. I tried subtitles once, but it went mental as the person/program doing them lost it's shit and just started putting up question marks mid sentence

Besides, that soppy twat retired from an England team he wasn't even a part of and during his time at Liverpool scored more goals for us than he ever did for them.

I mostly listen in to talksport and radio 5 on matchdays so if anything pops up i'll string it along to here.

The one for me after Today's game was Jamie saying "Lloris hasn't been the same since his concussion" it was only fucking 3 days ago he put in a MOTM performance! Twats

Interesting talk on Gillette Soccer, talk of it being odd that Lamela was put in against City on the opposite side to his natural one, Le tissier saying it's not as bad as it may seem when you consider our standing in the league and that it's our home form letting us down, Merson saying we don't have the personnel to play like Saints do and then the big question to Phil Thompson, who's gonna finish higher this season, Saints or Spurs? After a long delay he went with us :D

When we've won our next three and liverpool have slipped against City and Chelsea our half season review wont look nearly as depressing as you would think.

Rumours of our demise have been greatly exaggerated.

I may have miss heard but sure i heard Thompson said that Rodgers turned us down in favour of Liverpool as he didn't want to work with director of football. That must be complete bollocks… As we didn't have a director of football when Rodgers went to Liverpool! Also I'm sure Rodgers signed for Liverpool before we sacked Harry.

I was sitting there open mouthed at their total lack of understanding of Tottenham. So much drivel. Lowest common denominator commentary.
