Tottenham have started transfer negotiations for their target Robin Quaison, according to reports.
The Sweden and Mainz player is wanted by Spurs as an extra option going forward.

Never heard of him. Have barely heard of the club he plays for. Can’t even recall hearing much mention of Sweden lately.

So, taking all that into account, I’m out.

Could be all sorts of stuff going on here;

1) We're genuinely interested and see him as a Kane backup who can play wide as well.
2) Levy is interested and we could loan him out and save for the future.
3) We're using this to put some heat on Bournemouth for Wislon.
4) It's complete bollox.

Looks quite a decent option to me off the dreaded Youtube clips. So does Diallo.

Dont know anything about him. But if Mourinho rates him then I am in. It could turn out to be one those signings that later other clubs could be kicking themselves for not pursuing themselves. We have countless examples when it was the other way around.

Sounds like Croissant which is really a posh Bagel. He’s gonna fit right in.

A bagel is a dense baked good best eaten with cream cheese and saumon (bonus points for capers).

A croissant is an art form - flaky, buttery layers of light pastry which is best eaten in Paris. Even in the provinces they tend to make heavier versions which are not the same but better than the bread products you find in the UK and elsewhere. And don’t got me started with Vienna - “home of the viennoiserie” - stodgy disappointment.

Surprising - I can´t really see Quiason, 26, as even close to challenge Kane in any way. Alexander Isak (20 y.o., Real Sociedad) would´ve made much more sense as a traditional Tottenham prospect as an exciting young talent kind of player.

Yeh until he got 18 minutes of action between here and Christmas at the end of a 2-1 league cup loss to Charlton Athletic. At which point SC will berate him for 83 pages for eating too many meatballs and spending too much time in the ball pit at Walthamstow ikea.

We have mourinho. Don’t buy youth. No point. Play our own or buy talent who have a lower ceiling but are better today. Let our next manager play sexy football with young players.

Croissants are nice. Bagels are disgusting and take an eternity to chew.

Toast them. Cream cheese. Salmon. Red onion. Capers.

That is good.

But obviously. I thing can match a great croissant. And I will throw in an unsolicited great tip about bread in Paris. Do not ask for a baguette. Ask for a tradition. These must be made with minimal ingredients and no preservatives and made that day (although usually far more often). There are also stipulations about the length but that’s not something I’ve ever hadn’t to worry about.

I live in Mainz and occasionally go to the odd game, and I have never noticed him at all. Every game that I saw this season the complete team was useless, and the attackers were totally uninspired.
Let’s hope our scouts have spotted something that I missed when I was getting the beers and bratwurst ?

Yes sure, let's sign a 26 year old semi-nobody for the position where our depth is strongest. Makes sense.

I'm still waiting for news on some defensive players especially at RB. We have a full quota of MF we need a RB and a Striker and then sit back and wait for the season to start.
