I think when you look at the options on the bench, you see the issue. Though I do agree. But we simply need more players who give us something a bit different.I think we have the right to question Mourinho's Pochettino-esque reticence with the bench.
Man U made 5 subs, and were fresh at the end. We were knackered. Playing well, but knackered, you could feel a mistake coming a mile off. Suggests Mourinho really doesnt value the squad, which contradicts the PR nonsense we hear coming out at press conferences.
We wont get higher up the pitch, especially if we are leading.I wanted him on earlier but once we dropped back it was clearly not his game.
West Ham will suit him more as we can get higher up the pitch and won't require him to screen as much.
Two words. Timothee Atouba.Agree, I'm really starting to 'get' him now though. Almost developing a soft spot for him, but then that moment at the end... Scary.
Disappointed with the draw as i felt we could have won.
Funny as they didn't create that many chances. Yes they had more of the ball but we were deeper (purposely) than them so the team who played higher will always look more threatening, but thats not always the case. I thought we had more opportunities of openings than them but son and Kanes lack of sharpness stunted us.I'm enjoying watching Man Utd TV on Sky Sports right now, can anyone tell me the number of the channel where I can hear the Tottenham side of things?
Great talent, not even close to ready to take a big role today. Lo Celso is our best midfielder by far, and I am sure he would have started were his fitness better. But Ndombele at the moment is a superstar in the making who isn't mature or fit enough to be a particularly reliable option, particularly when protecting a lead. If we were behind I am sure he would have come on.Genuinely think Ndombele has all the talent of Pogba.
But Mourinho hates him.
It pisses me off so much.
really haven't missed sky and the media/officials agenda-driven bullshit at all in the last few months. moss can suck a bucketful of cocks too, the useless fat wank-sock.
This is pretty disgraceful bias.
That’s right they all applied themselves very well for most of the game. The tosser who thought we had only played well for 15 minutes must have missed the rest of the game. Admittedly we we weren’t brilliant going forward but until Dier’s mistake we were solid defensively. Needless to say it was Aurier who lost possession initially that ultimately led to Dier conceding the pen. Man U looked crap - technical term for not not top 4 material.Got a bit ragged in the second half. Thought the defence, apart from aurier towards the end were good. Thought there was evidence that Jose's message was beginning to land with the players. Overall better than I was expecting. I'm not surprised that N'Dombele didn't feature, I have seen zero evidence of him applying himself in a game yet. He needs to show this before he can start to display his undoubted quality on the ball.
Cop yourself on.. He's only one player, he can't be everywhere.. Look at game again & watch amount of ground he covered.. Not surprised your clueless given you have a headtheball of a defender as your sig nameYou taking the piss mate ! Sky literally just highlighted winks for being so poor for the pen we conceded ! We were letting them walk through the middle the whole game brutal
Shaun is a bit of a troll. Not saying that in a nasty way, but he's not to be taken too seriously.
I genuinely hope so. I cant stand watching us play. We are one of the worst footballing teams in the league without question.Well. We are still shit.
Maureen will be gone by Xmas is my guess.
I am beginning to think he is just insisting to play, no matter his form or mental state or what, until he really injures. No gaffers could have stopped him.Kane will be injured within the next three games. We never learn and will run him into the ground until he gets that fatigued his body will collapse.
its going to end in tears clear as day.
Remember him curling in that goal at Newcastle when it felt like years since we’d won there? Two words. Timothee Atouba.
