It's not just the three points, it's the psychological boost that a win with a good performance brings.

It's up to Poch to pick a side that has the hunger to achieve that and start turning things around.

All about attitude from Poch and the team today if we're going to see serious improvement.

If it's the more of the same, it really will be worrying times.

I wouldn’t say that mate. We beat Palace convincingly and everyone thought finally we had started our season, but since then we have been dogshit. A win today is obviously important but we should be getting nothing less than 3 points today. Beating Watford at home will prove nothing. It’s the Liverpool game that will show if this team are responding. Beat Watford, but get smashed by Liverpool and we are back to square one. Beat Watford, beat Red star and get a hard battling point at Anfield, then you can tell me the team are slowly pulling together.

Even if we win today it's very difficult to see past an emphatic Liverpool win next week even Everton who generally we do well against looks like it could be a struggle.

Well then we are back to square one mate. Winning against an awful Watford side means nothing. Getting something at Anfield and beating Everton will prove we have turned a corner.

Irrationally I’m basing my whole mood and how today’s game will go on the result of this rugby game this morning.

I think we will win today, although the Red Star and Liverpool games are trickier to predict. After that, November has a lot of winnable fixtures, so we'll see where we are in a few weeks time.

However if Watford beat us today, I can't see Poch making it to the end of the month, because I think we'll end up losing to Liverpool and Red Star.

I guess we'll see...

It's a hard one though mate, who would have thought we'd see a performance like that of the one away at Brighton after convincingly thrashing Palace at home whist looking back to our best. Obviously a good win is a positive, but it certainly won't alleviate many of my worries. I'm just not going to be convinced we've turned a corner regardless of how the game goes today, as glum as that sounds.

Yeah I'm dreading Liverpool, although Everton are as crap as we are atm.

Tbh, the Liverpool game is a bit of a freebie as we're the underdogs and we're not exactly going for the title this year. That's not to say that the players shouldn't give 100% or that we shouldn't aspire to be better than Liverpool in the future.

But what does losing to Liverpool actually tell us that we didn't already know?

The games against Leicester, Brighton and Watford today are more important imo, because they're our 'bread and butter' where we should be getting maximum points everytime.

And we're not...that's more informative of our current situation.

Ha love El crapico but yes I'm definitely worried about the state of the team right now certainly can't see a way that we can get a result there real shame considering two seasons we were finishing above them.

Beating Watford is expected by many because we tend to be flat track bullies and lose games like Liverpool or in the main the really big games

I legitimately want anyone who doesn't want to be at the club dropped. I don't care who they are.

If we're going back to 90's Spurs, as some suggest, I'm gonna get pilled off my tits like the good old days!

Hardcore, you know the score...
