Kept Bowen under control for most of the game, who looks like a good talent.

Can’t understand the stick Ben gets on here, he’s a reliable, consistent defender. No he isn’t as good going forward as someone like Rose but he’s still a very good player.
I think people don't get how incredibly aggressive and proactive he is as a player either. I think because he is always moving the ball on quickly and decisively, some fans just seem to forget he is there. Cuts out a lot of danger before it becomes a 'danger' as well. He's more than just a steady eddy and showed all of his best today.

Bit of a hard watch. We don't have any chemistry or coherent gamelan

Agreed. We need to get these guys in asap.

Valid point, but I think some of that is down to Aurier’s unpredictability

I wouldn't give the attackers the benefit of the doubt because its been going on for so long and it also applies to other areas.

The ball watching when everyone is bunched up within the width of the area is painful.

Presumably Redknapp meant Bergwijn didn't start today when he said "Bergwijn didn't play today".

Look, I'm probably a bit biased here but did it even hit his arm? Zamora said you could see his shirt and his muscle move and the path of the ball changed but I just couldn't see it.

I’ve watched it about 10 times now and I’m with you. It’s not conclusive either way.

It brushed it in my opinion.

It’s not clear at all. What the fuck are people moaning about?

Sky are seriously trying to spin that possible-not-at-all-conclusive handball into some sort of ‘West Ham were robbed’ narrative. Jesus H Sky need to have a word with themselves.
Terrible first 20 mins from us but reasonably strong 70 mins after. Deserved win. Haven’t said that for aaaaages!

Sky aren’t quite Talk Sport Levels but they’re not that far off. It’s a shame. One of the best thing about buying in to sky in the past was their analysis and professionalism but in recent years they just decided to wrap themselves up in the drama and narrative of the game. They so far up their own arses they see themselves as a cog within the game.

Why are they comparing it with an absolute blatant handball from January? How is that relevant?

Sky are really clutching at straws now and the punditry is brutal.
