RW was a really underrated issue for us.
It's certainly an area that we needed to strengthen. Don't think many of us had it as a high priority for this window but happy to see us taking up an opportunistic deal for a player we evidently rate.

I totally agree. My concern was we’d be spending 60m sorting it.

If we can get this guy for half that it would be incredible.

Add a DM, a striker and ideally a RB (highly unlikely) and we’re well in business IMO
Generally agree although I actually think CB is a bigger issue than RB right now

Very tidy ball carriers in the age range of 20-24 seems to be the rebuild of the squad and the way Spurs will be looking to play football for the foreseeable. Gio, Ndombele, Gedson and now this guy, quick passes and breaking of lines, plus the age range should allow players to learn together over the next few years
Sessegnon and Tanganga also to some extent. If that is indeed the plan it is a very sensible rebuild.

I'm guessing he's an intelligent player. Jose values that higher than most other qualities from having listened to some of his interviews down the years. We certainly don't have an overabundance of that in the front 3 without Kane at the mo.

There seems to a sort of plan, in terms of general players/type, that has been missing for a while.

I did think RB but I think Aurier has upped his game since José has come in. Still not perfect but definitley effective. Our CBs worry be a lot
It's the lack of cover in front of them and passing options that is the issue. We have good centre backs imo
