I am kind of intrigued to see which players he has decided he doesn't want to keep.
I think we know Kaboul, Capoue and Ade top the bill. Hope we get rid of two of them at least.

Thinking Dembele could still be a useful squad player but he's so inconsistent and every place in the squad is valuable.

Townsend might get until the end of the season unless we need to use him as a make-weight.

Vlad, Naughton and Paulinho are on their way imo.

That's my read of it, but who knows what's in poch's head right now.

What ! He's excited you in the last three games ? I'll tell you what is exciting is end product. Goals. Assists, great tackles.... He hasn't done any of the above for a while now. He needs a breather. Poch has shown plenty of faith yet his form this season has dipped from the start until now.
You missed Jamturk's point. Never mind.

Crikey, just seen Kano's goal on a football site with Russian commentary.

Leapt like a salmon did our Harry.

Triffic.
Yes, I can imagine him scoring like that for England in a WC final.....only for the ref to disallow the goal saying he was "climbing" unfairly!

The condition did not allow good football. But all credit to the team, they fought hard and won the game fairly. With a little bit of luck Kane could have had a hattrick.

Could I add in priority Naughton, Soldier Boy, Show Pony - Lamela ( these thre have to Go !), Vlad, Pauline, Kaboul back to Afghanistan, - Keep Ade,Townsend till the end of the season - can we get Bony in ( always said he is class).

Fazio is a real worry, I know he hasn't been here long but I've seen enough.
IF we have the funds to upgrade in Jan I would love to see Hector Moreno and Bony for Kaboul and Ade.

No idea what you are talking about re fazio. He had a bloody good game I thought, made about 20 blocks and won a squillion headers.

Of course bony was going to beat him for pace, but he recovered well numerous times to block shots

You must be disappointed at our win today.

We did not have a poor game.
Swansea are great at home, Bony is a goal threat every time they get to the final third.. the rain meant we were always going to lose possession because of miscontrols, bad passes, losing 50-50 on occasion and interceptions.
More importantly, today's substitutions and the timing of them were all spot on.
I cannot rave enough about Walker and Davies today
One poster said Man Utd are improving and we are not... I wholeheartedly disagree... the jigsaw is starting to piece together very nicely.

Could not agree more-excellent post.

What's my point? Well, you sort of explained it in your post! I don't think he's playing well: he gets shoved off the ball and gets short shrift from referees about it; his decision making is suspect at the moment; but he does make some good plays. He probably does need time in the gym and on the bench, because many young players do. Unlike Alan Sugar, I don't think Aaron Lennon is The Second Coming.
Neither do I... However when we made the changes today I thought we looked a better side with and without the ball. Chadli for lamela dembele and stambouli also need to come in

Suppose you are Lamela in disguise - oh and you think Soldier Boys is amazing - muppet ! two complete waste of spaces ..
I haven't even mentioned Soldado FFS :ROFLMAO:

I didn't think you'd come back on here after you're embarrassment so that's what my reply was about- not Lamela. Props to you, you have balls.

BAE for sure but he doesn't seem desperate to move on.

I assume you're referring to his embarrassment:

I see Bony ripping Jan the Van Man and Fumbling Fazio - Siggy to score a blinder - Run up to Loony Levy and give him a obscene look- guaranteed Swansea Win 2 nil :) Spurs cannot score in a Brothel - the laughing stock

Told you Swansea will win .... The whole of Swansea team cost what soft Spurs have on their bench .... Lamela .. sums it all up.

Why MoPo has to put soldier boy and show pony Lamele - Waste Soldier Boy....He will never socre... I have it down as 2 nil and Siggy to play a blinder against these lot- watch Bony bully Jan the Van Man... .

Swansea are going make a come back . youn watch them... .

I didn't think he was fantastic.
I didn't think he was shit.

I thought Lamela worked tirelessly.
That is the minimum-absolute minimum I expect from every player. Saying it like it is a compliment to Lamela is ridiculous.
What did he add to our attacking play?-little. What did he add defensively?-curate's egg. and more bad than good. He was supposed to be on the right today. Walkabout does not go near to describe his postitional sense.

What's optimism got to do with it? We got three points; optimism won't give us four.
That's why I said this papers over cracks. Sure we got 3 points today. We'll get 0 and 1 more often than not playing like that. It's just not good enough, there's nothing about our play that looks good.

I'll keep an eye out for your posts when we lose our next game.
