I don't think I have ever not cared about a football match as much as this game. He could play the Under 18 starting XI abd stick our 7 best players on the bench and I still wouldn't care. It's a distraction at a time when everything surrounding this team feels utterly disjointed.

After beating Colchester we'll only go and pull a usual tie with a London team or City or Liverpool and then not bother in the next round.

That's the spirit!

Maybe you could re-purpose this comment into an inspiring chant perhaps to the tune of "Allez Allez" :cautious:

Kane and Son need to be rested so for me Parrott should really be in the team. Dier's also in desperate need of minutes, if he could find anywhere near his best form it would be a huge boost. Other than that I'm not overly bothered by who plays.

Rather not, no one would sing it anyway and you'd all be told to sit down if you did get up and try. (I don't get to the games but I know a lot of you do)

Plus Allez Allez Allez is fucking awful. We didn’t win in Madrid so it needs to be consigned to history anyway!
Maybe just start singing again would be the place to start. You need a base to start any movement.

It’s not amazing right now. No real commitment from any part of the ground. We played well against Palace but it was so flat in the stands. We definitely only get up for perceived massive games lately.

To the contrary, I want to see how our fringe/backup players react and for them to stake a claim for a starting place at the weekends. I mean our first 11, save for a couple of injuries is hardly cuting it.

For me Parrott is a starter. Poch will obviously start Harry though

Would Poch bring them on?

All the years of wanting to join/become part of the 'elite' to 'compete' and this happens. Typical Spurs.

No point in these threads any more. Poch has become so inconsistent and erratic with his selections that who he will play is anyone's guess. Forget no away wins since January, or our pitiful points return for the last 19 games. He should be sacked immediately (Jol style) if we ever see sanchez played at RB again. He's clearly lost his marbles

I'd love to see Skipp, Parrott and Tanganga get some minutes but getting a win is obviously the most crucial thing

KWP Alli Sanchez (at CB) Tangana/Foyth Dier Skipp Moura Parrott Davies all have to play with Wanyama deservedly sitting on the bench.

Any team capable of progressing please. I wouldn’t even make too many changes.
