I would expect Levy has been aware of this for some time, if it is in fact true that he has lost the dressing room.

I suspect a lot of leg work will have been put in on a replacement already. It would be foolish of the club not to have a revolving. shortlist of replacements at all times in the event of Poch walking or going to Madrid.

I can’t think of anyone other than Mourinho or Allegri at this moment in time. No one in the premier league is pulling up trees. Maybe Rodgers...we did approach him before he took the Liverpool job.
If we had a settled defense Rodgers might actually be OK... But as we don't we'll leak a lot of goals with him in.

Poch needs to be given the time to sort this out.

Unfortunately it maybe appears Poch is believing all the hype about himself. Seems to have moved away from whst he use to be. Havent seen him hug the players on pitch coming of after match in ages.

Not to mention, does anyone find it weird that less and less players have been publicly speaking up about the manager in glowing terms? We used to get it all the time. It seems quite rare nowadays.

Until we know what truly is going on between Poch and Vertonghen, I’m inclined the blame the manager. Purely because Vertonghen has said in the media he loves the club and wants to stay.

If Jan played today, that goal doesn’t happen.

I love Jan too. However do we remember him literally giving up under sherwood. He was very devisive and like a child. Yes I know it was sherwood but he really threw the toys out the pram.

If that is true, it's a disaster. There is literally not one available manager right now that I'd trust to keep us on track if Poch were to leave.
For the amount of money we would be willing pay, there are a lot of excellent managers available.

Still, would rather we didn't have to conduct that search

Horrible to hear he's lost the dressing room. However a change is needed if that's the case.

We have an excellent squad who any manager would love to manage. Go balls out for Allegri.

Lost the dressing room....Tick tock

It wouldn’t be the biggest surprise in light of his recent treatment of Vertonghen, a stalwart of many seasons and clearly a leader in the dressing room. This isn’t Andros Townsend after a shove, Danny Rose after opening his mouth or Toby Alderweireld after breaking a promise, this is someone who has been our first choice centre back for seven years, consistently amongst our best players, completely professional in all circumstances and also someone with whom everyone associated with the club identifies.

It's been a little bit more than 3 months since that famous Amsterdam night and now we're wondering if our new manager will be Allegri or Mourinho.

Wonder what's happened that suddenly we went from the most united dressing room in Europe to shambles of today. What's going on?

If he, indeed has lost the dressing room and by lost I don't mean 'had a couple of arguments with older players', but 'he and the players don't speak at all, then we must either shake up the squad completely in 2020 or fire Poch.

Fuck me i've been so comfortable in this little Pochettino bubble that i dont even know who out there could realistically replace him if/when that day comes.
Eddie Howe? Jose?Conte?Rafa?Bielsa? I literally know ex cheslea managers and a couple of others.
Ex-Chelsea managers: Conte, Jose, Rafa, only Jose available
Eddie Howe very comfortable atm, Roberto Martinez no thank you, Ex spurs 'legend';)Sol Campbell:ROFLMAO:, Big Sam. Davie Moyes, Ranieri, Allegri, Wenger:sick:, Blanc.

Allegri is the only one I can think of. Unemployed at least, don't know if he would have any interest.
