Thought I'd drag this across from Total Tottenham as it ties in with the earlier Kranjcar ITK



Also, those gifs, why did they cut out the bit with Sandro dancing ?! And has anyone come across a Sandro kung fu gif ?

Because then the gif would have been near enough 10mb. I'll make a Sandro kung fu gif tomorrow.

I agree that it is almost certainly in reference to Vertonghen, but the reason people are so confused is because it's such a bloody awful clue. 'Bringing home the bacon' generally refers to bringing money home, so unless we are selling players I have no idea why he has used this phrase. If bacon in some way refers to somebody Danish then I could agree that it makes a little sense, but Vertonghen is Belgian. Anyway, not that I want to open a new can of worms, but it's just a bit of a bad clue, that's all.

Funnily enough my 'Vertonghen' post was about some poster in the main front page posting itk relating to Vertonghen being a target, but the real target being erikson..... Maybe, just maybe bacon relates to this?

Well we did hear that we want all of our deals done before the Euros, but that's obviously not going to happen. I expect Modric will come back after them and put for a move away again. And then obviously we'll need to replace him.
