You scaredy lot!

This is Baldini's baby, he's not gonna let this one get away.
No Kia, No Zahavi , no Abramovich, no petroclub involvement.
This is a legitimate, above board, cast-iron transfer.
Just like the Chiriches one.

But really, it'll be fine.
The noise is loud and coming from the right direction.
Lamela is coming.
There.
I said it.
:)

Excellent that Lamela may soon be joining Spurs.

I just hope that Hulk isn't signed by the end of transfer window. In my opinion he's overpriced, expensive to pay, and on the way down.

Lennon -

mode 1: run, check back, pass to RB

mode 2: run, knock ball two yards to the right of oppo LB and try and run round the outside of him to deliver inaccurate, ineffective cross.

Townsend -

Mode 1: you never know.

Game Over.
Mode 2: copy Gareth Bale

Lads. Baldini and AVB will sort us. Maybe it won't go perfectly in the short term, though its going pretty well so far. But this is the first time i've really trusted our senior managment. We're in for good few years

We saw some great wing play yesterday from both Chadli and Townsend. We have Lennon too and if Lamela can play there too - that's enough back up. Why sell Lennon? even if he didn't start imagine the threat from the substitutes bench - he'd be too much for a tiring defence. The last pieces of business after Chriches and Lamela must be a left full back, a ball threader and a young striker..

I totally agree ! Don't think many on this site truly trust , AVB and Baldini's judgement, from reading many comments .
Do hope this changes !
Something a bit more light hearted ha haaa did anyone see Dawson's attempted Brasilian style back heel today ?

Really hope Franco is a man of honour and will not agree to be stolen by the Ruskie thief for whom stealing is innate in him. I'm sure when he sees our success, he'll try all his dirty means to rob us of Franco.

Right.

Jair1970 has convinced me we're signing Lamela, so I've changed my avatar to a picture of him.

It's all his fault if this goes tits up.

Some are completely underestimating Hulk here.

Hulk is exclellent when he plays with a predadtory striker with him like Falcao. Both in Brazil or in Zenit there is no estableished proper no.9 to play with. Also in Brazil everything goes through Neymar nowadays; But the fact is Scholari trusts him ahead of other wing forwards including Willian.

Until he is standing next to AVB with a spurs shirt and stoof has got his stamp out I will be wary.

It's happened numerous times this window alone. Villa, Willian, Tin Man etc...

The Vadillo ITK is good if, and only if, it's in addition to the likes of Lamela and Eriksen.

I'm all for us bringing in young talent, but it has to be in addition to sorting out the here and now.

Lamela, Eriksen and Chiriches would be a good start.

Hehe, start.

How is Fred not a proper #9 for Brazil?

Plus I don't think Scolari plays him ahead of Willian. Willian fights for a place with Oscar, and if not with Neymar for the LW place. Hulk plays up front or RW. Willian doesn't player any of those positions
