Long time lurker, occasional poster, supporter of amazing causes.
I've donated to Vics page and sending best wishes and thoughts to you @Mr Pink. The bigger the love, the bigger the hurt and that is ultimately all that gets you through it.

May I say for once, which is very rear, that the popular news on links and players is almost spot on, that we want. They are seeing us as their preferred destination. Instructing their agents to ‘make it happen’. Keep eyes on RM. GLC is not dead. Betis should not play Poker with our Daniel, as there would only be one winner! COYS!!!

Mr. Pink! Again you are in my thoughts more than you realise ❣️❣️❣️??

I've been on as a Spurs fan since 2010 (The first year I followed World Football) and there's been many instances where someone said something along the lines of "This feels like a different Spurs" based on how the team was being viewed and run.

This is the first time I can say that, to me, it really does feel different. The berth in the CL finals. The new stadium. Poch identifying targets, Levy backing him.

It's weird. I've been going through some dark stuff lately and between the stuff that's already happened and the stuff that may still come to pass, its heart-lightening to be a fan right now.

It's given me joy. And not much else has lately.

COYS.

Wow! We use to be the club where we were deemed the last resort, now they are begging to come! How the tide has turned! What happened to the notion that we would struggle for the next ten years, post stadium build? I am loving me some Spurs right now!!

herecules' ITK is quite lovely, the sense that we have become a destination of choice is a real game chamger and that is what I am taking from this window.
Can't help thinking that our run in the Champions league was bigger than even we thought.

Don't know what you're going through, but hang in there buddy...in my experience, things always get better!

PS And talk to people about your problems, if you can. It certainly helps!

Yes, I believe it was a game changer to how world football views us

So...

After reading the sheer number of people in this thread who’ve been affected by Cancer, I thought I’d shamelessly steal @wishkah ’s point and post the link to the Cancer thread in Chat. (Yes, it’s been going for 10 years. Cancer sucks)

http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/index.php?threads/the-big-cancer-thread.51206/

If you want/need support, someone to talk to, or just let it all out, feel free to pop in.

SC. You joined for Spurs, and found out you’re part of our community. (y)

The CL run gave the club massive exposure, which in turn attracts those elite players. It’s similar to how LFC lost then went out and got Fabinho, Keita and Alisson

Bale. To put an end to wishes and dreams. It plain and simply will not happen with is. No financial sense, but financial suicide. Nobody else nowhere near keen, unless RM write this one off, and pay him off, then take it from there for anybody. So conclusion is, move on!

Unless RM hierarchy get totally paralytic pissed, and write him out a nice fat cheque, he at present is stuck. Which is a very sad way to see out the next 12 months at the very least.

Thanks Herc. Wasn’t expecting anything other than RM having to foot the lion’s share of the contract.

Thanks Herc! I've always thought bringing back Bale would have been more for sentiment than anything else so pleased to know we're not going to throw silly money around.
