Wow, what a thread. Obviously a very difficult time at the club. Have to say I'm gutted that we won't be seeing a new face in the hot seat

For all the exciting ITK we've had this window, different deadlines for players coming in and double signing announcements and even suggestions that we will change manager in the near future.....all these deadlines seem to pass without anything coming to pass and now the Euros have started as I expected before anything has actually happened out our club.

I hope we will make a signing or two before the end of it but I expect not or at best the highly publicised JV move may got finalised but I don't expect to see much else happening and I am eagerly waiting to see Adie's explanation as to why his latest round of ITK has once again proved to be less than accurate on Monday morning

Not-ITK-News Alert. I will disembowel myself if we do not sign Remy next week. I have been lulled into a whirl of reading the same 'news' bounced back and forth with minor variations and I am therefore telling myself it has to be true, that I MUST KNOW SOMETHING DEEP DOWN and WHAT I SAY WILL COME TO PASS. I have the safety net of not disemboweling myself but pretending I have done the deed, then appearing again on here under another name to slag myself off and to wish that I had had a long, painful and bloody death. If Remy does sign next week, however, I won't do that. No sir. I expect nothing short of a small religion to be named after me, I expect rose petals to be scattered before me across the interweb, and followers will wear penises on their heads in my honour verily till the end of the world. You read it here first.

the next person who wants to talk about Harry being on the BBC/ The Euros/Twitter will just get banned.

If you cant work out that this is for the ITK, the Twitter thread is for Twitter and you can talk about Harry at the Euros in Spurs Chat then i dont know how you have even got on line...

Ok guys, i've missed the last 10 pages or so. But for me what i think JJ is alluding to with DL's hands being tied is player signing's / departures.

There seems to be players which are attracted to play for us due to us having Harry in charge and also deals are in process no doubt that hinge on us having stability with our manager - thus until these are concluded we can't get rid of Harry.

I'm now going to slowly scan through the 10 pages i missed and see that this point has already been discussed and confirmed/rubbished by JJ ;)

Maybe our alternative is not ready to come this season, better to keep Harry than a caretaker manager, no?
I would say it is more a case that we can't find an alternative right now.

I think it's fair to say we have had some minor approaches/talks with both Ancelotti and Rdogers over the last 12 months but both are now at sizeable clubs.

AVB is the only remaining one out there which i think is possible, but god knows if he's allowed to join another PL club yet and whether he'd be seen as too big a risk.

Sorry, no. The ee thing is phonetically correct for the song, and I think the silver lining is the actual lyrics.

Sorry chris I'm guilty of this, also clamping down on people complaining of ITK not being right might be a idea too??
