Just to support LOCKDOWN, POTL's been back from "taking care of some stuff" for the last few days on COYS but hasn't posted at all. Either he's on the outside and isn't getting any info or he's on the inside and has been asked not to post anything.

Whilst I'm sure we would all love to be in on information about what is really going on, we have all seen players, that we were apparantly about to sign for us, then sign for Chelscum. Frankly, I would rather us go back to the signings coming like a bolt from the blue. Therefore, I really do hope that DL and AVB have worked out who the ITKs really are and will use them to best advantage in future. Hopefully, there will be more smoke and mirrors before new signs.

Has there been any other occasions where ITk has dried up quite like this? Is it unusually quiet or just a phase that happens from time to time?

Has'nt been this quiet for a number of windows ..

POTL would normally refute any ITK if it was wide of the mark .

Exactly why I asked, my first transfer window on SC but it seems particularly quiet, could be something big happening behind the closed doors of white hart lane

A lot of ITK could well have lost their sources when Harry, Jordan, Bond, Allen left and prior to that Kemsley, buy PK a pie he would give chapter and verse about our transfer plans and likely a lot of people lost their ITK when he moved on

The new regime are Portuguese and German and not long in the country so are probably not friends with any forum members

A few weeks ago some no-mark WUM listed a whole string of 'deals', plus dates. It was obvious to anyone who's followed ITK for more than a couple of windows that this was the kind of garbage that belongs on Twitter or Transfer-Rumours, but Pottle very much hedged his bets.
