Just back from holiday and haven't had a chance to get on so just caught up with all the ITK. Sounding like Paulinho is done, sure he'll be fantastic for us. However, the ITK which got me most excited was regarding Halilovic. This kid could get into our first team now IMO. He will go onto become one of the top talents in the world. Really hope JJ's info is spot on. These are the sort of players we should be going for. Definitely worth the risk, although its a very un-Levy like thing to do.

I, too, would love Halilovic and think he is a brilliant prospect, but seeing as he hasn't really made the top XI for his current team in Croatia I don't think there's any way he would play in ours. Give him a year or three, he still has a lot to learn but he'll get there.

So they can't announce it tomorrow cos the British Lions are playing/Ladies final at Wimbledon, Sunday is out because of the Mens final, there a full round of county championship cricket matches on Monday, plus the Widnes Vikings are away to the Wakefield Wildcats so that's out, Tuesday sees the Somerset bodkin and codpiece throwing county finals and Wednesday is the Ashes which takes up another five days.

I believe the next day without some sort of sporting event being held which might steal our thunder is July 27th and a half, but there is even a question mark over that as that date is reserved for a possible replay of the Newquay bearded lollipop ladies bogie flicking championship grand final.

And after that, well, August 31st, five minutes before the window closes is free. Unless City sign Ronaldo in which case we're fucked. Can't see Danny having that.

I'm sure you will be there as usual, but will you be entering again? The bearded lollipop lady costume you had last year was a stroke of genius.

Well Paulinho is believed to be undergoing his medical. Unfortunately our new medical regime involves prospective new players being airlifted from London to an undisclosed forest somewhere on the outskirts of Russia, equipped with only a thermometer, a novelty pen, and a food parcel containing an IOU from Tom Huddlestone.

If he makes it back in one piece before deadline day, he's earned his Spurs.
