I see it was whining l'il maggot night last night, thursday night supermarket run with the mrs, all that shiny budget priced booze and bingo some folks think "hang on! what the world needs now is a huge dose of my drunken vitriol and clinical assessment of spurs current 'plight'. ..... And as an out of work plasterer what better, more quaified person is there to do such assessment."

Am wondering how many stable (and i use that term loosely ) ) individuals there actually are on here - cant be more than 2 dozen at the most... Which means that those 2 dozen are shoring up the mental stability of the remaining masses......Its a burden!

EDIT: Just sussed it ..... This site is "one flew over the cuckoos nest" online edition and the mods are Nurse Ratchett.

I'm not knocking the itk but modric has LOOKED like he's going since last day of the season.

I'm getting very worried now. We kick-off our season in eight days and we have no striker to suit our new manager's preferred line-up. Jeepers. No wonder AVB is pissed (if JJ is right). Even if we sign a couple of players before next week, there's no time to bed them in properly. I dream for the season we do the majority of our business early whilst letting our new players settle.

Hopefully Ade wouldn't need much time on a social level, but who's to say how fit he is.

JJ seems to be losing the will to live - so this only adds to the drama. He also said we'd top ourselves if we could see a list of players we've missed out on as a result of brinkmanship et al.

I fear the damage is done already (for St James' Park, that is). I just hope we can salvage a point, and muster two cheap wins at home before the players come in. At least then we have an international break to regroup, I presume.
