That's a nice concept, but strikers, more than most thrive on rhythm and big egos. Sooner or later one will emerge as a clear favourite, the one that gets chosen for the big games etc, and I would imagine and the other one will get miffed. But we won't be the first club to have this problem.

I think Leandro would be naive to think that he would waltz into our first team, if Ade were to sign. I think he will need a bedding in period and will need to get used to the league, he would have to except this. I agree though that it might become a bit of a problem. For them more then us, although of course a player problem is a club problem.

Glad to hear lloris is on the cards, it's scary how over rated friedel is on here. Not top 4 material. Strikers are more important I admit. Those 3,ade, leandro and lloris would really lift my hopes for the season.

Yeah he went from the ultra-annoying time waster at villa to an excellent keeper overnight almost. He is steady, but unambitious. I doubt anyone on here wanted or expected him to be around for more than a season when he was signed. Lloris would be a big step forward as he can get off the line and could provide some longevity in goal for us as our relatively young team develops.

Probably not top 4 material for much longer. He's reaching that point where his age will spring up on him quickly.

I like Friedel and have done for a long time, but if we have a chance of getting a keeper of Lloris' quality in we should really go for it.
