Morning rumour whores

Today's thread is brought to you by Paul Hardcastle.

In World War II the average life expectancy of a Spurs manager was 6 years. Under Daniel Levy it is Nineteen months. 19. N-N-N-Nineteen

(TV announcer's voice)
The arguing and sniping of the past two weeks continued today on Spurs Community
(Former Spurs managers voice)
I really wasn't sure what was going on

N-N-N-Nineteen, 19, N-N-N-Nineteen 19
19,19,19,19

At Tottenham a manager typically signed up for a 36 month tour of duty but
was exposed to hostile backstabbing almost everyday

N-N-N-Nineteen, 19, N-N-N-Nineteen 19
19,19,19,19

Almost all managers who took charge at Tottenham were sacked too soon
Their sack rate is almost three times that of other clubs in the same league.

(Singing Girls)
All those who remember the Spurs
They won't forget what they've seen..
The sacking, of men in their prime
That Daniel Levy's so mean
Sa sa sa sa sa-Sacking
Sa sa sa sa sa-Sacking
Sack, Sack
Sacking, Sacking Sa sa sa sa sa-Sacking
Sacking, Sacking

(Managers Voice)
After I signed the contract it was different.. Everybody wants to know "Which players did Levy sign over your head"
There's gotta be something wrong somewhere
I did what I had to do
There's gotta be something wrong somewhere
Fans wanted me to be ashamed of what it made us
Fans had no idea
All we want to do is our job
All we want to do is our job
What did we do it for
All we want to do is our job
Was it worth it?

All the managers, Levy has sacked have all gone & managed more shittier clubs and all their careers have gone down the drain.
Anyone who is willing to take up the job at Spurs have to put their career on line.

ITK suggests its Poch or Boer ?.

So Ali Z throws a small spanner into the works basically saying poch not 100%. Interesting. Think it's safe to assume that the other guy is De Boer.

Yeah, it's interesting because there have been hints that all is not harmonious in the Spurs boardroom and some are not in agreement with Levy's pick. I'm pretty sure Levy will win the day though but it does hint at some sort of shifting of attitude at the club in that there are those at the top who might be seeing what the rest of us are seeing when it comes to Levy and picking managers. Maybe he's losing some trust in the upper echelons.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case, I think appointing Sherwood and seeing how we played and how the players were was the last straw for some. Do or die time for Levy.

@Breezer is on Pochettino big time, so from that point of view I hope he draws his money, even though I called him a mug punter for backing him and he'll give me tap for it. Having said that, when I eventually checked, i'm on at 6/1 and again at 9/2, turns out I backed him twice on two different sites. Senile **** that I am.

I also had bets on Benitez and Prandelli, the only one I didn't back was FDB. So he's bound to get the job.

I can't wait until September/October 2016 when we can all go through this again. Gotta love the next Spurs manager market. Levy does.

Do Spurs make any commission on that market? Imagine what the bookies have made out of that one over the last few decades.... only fair we get a cut.
