This link / signing / ITK about Bergwijn is very welcome and basically ticks all the boxes for me. Who knows ? He may even have an impact on the attack this season ...

I love that we’re about to sign one of the most exciting talents around and yet the focus is one semi underwhelming bit of itk.
Come on dude, you know by now that focussing on the underwhelming ITK is a coping mechanism for the inevitable disappointment of the shattered dreams.

Pessimism has long proved a worthy companion for me in my 30 odd years of supporting Spurs!

Decent a prospect as Bergwijn may be, I’d be more interested if the Goat’s bleet was about Emre Can. A DM is a bigger missing part of our current puzzle, and Can fits the bill, still in his prime, knows the league, and available. Has the physical attributes and technical too. Disappointing if he has been passed over.

Love a good cryptic, if only for the 73733 directions you can take it when the obvious answer seems to be staring you in the face.

You’d say it was Can, surely, but painting At the Moulin Rouge, The Dance was by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec. Toulouse got beat 3-0 by Lyon today. Moussa Dembele scored the second.

Or Sangare at Toulouse

See this more as an opinion. Do you really think in this day and age a player is going to jump on a plane, have/plan medical without selling club’s consent? Lol. Let’s not talk about what happened few years ago. More like PSV leaking half truths.

Hmm could it be Sangare? At the Moulin Rouge, The Dance was by Toulouse-Lautrec. Sangare plays for Toulouse. We were linked in the summer, he's a young DM, has 18 months left on his contract.

Lovely player, proper DM and interesting link to the ITK from the Goat.

Toulouse are dead last in Ligue 1, nine points behind the team in 17th having only collected 12 points thus far this season. They may see this as the last opportunity to get a decent fee for a player who will have only a year left on his contract at a club highly likely to be relegated. Depending on whether they've thrown in the towel I could see them either being adamant that they won't sell their best prospect in the midst of a relegation scrap or alternatively ready to sell because holding onto him is unlikely to change their circumstances but likely to result in them getting a fraction of the fee in the summer.

Just like Bergwijn, we were linked to Sangare in the summer. We know many of our transfers often develop over a few windows. Still think the goat is referring to Can though considering he’s being touted about.
