Just watched the highlights from last night, made me think back to how Bale got into the team in the first place, could missing out on Willian be the making of Townsend? Different kind of player I know, but the little cross on to Paulinos head was class. Just a thought

There was some ITK few days back about selling Townsend. I really really hope we dont take such foolish decision.
I cant believe I am saying this - Townsend has now eclipsed Lennon. Even Chadli looks good and has a very good cross from both feets.

Townsend seems to have matured very well. Atleast for Swansea game I want AVB to start play Chadli-Townsend in the wings. I am not considering players who didnt play yesterday.

Hopefully we first tie up Lamela at the minimum.
This Willian & Bale thing I am afraid is going to the wire.

Qpr, pre season and last night townsend has been great. I'm being converted.
