Not sure if this has been posted yet but here it goes.

From a guy called Crab on GG:

I have some genuine itk! redknapp's is definitely leaving
I was at the christening of a friends son today, and one of our mutual friends, who is a lawyer and whose wife is also a lawyer told me that one of her colleagues ad told that spurs had asked us to act on their behalf in drawing up an agreement for us and redknapp to terminate his contract with mutual consent! Basically there are two people within the firm who have got the same name, one who is dealing with this case, and the other guy who is a friend of hers, anyway apparently all the details were sent to the wrong guy (her friend) initially by mistake, which is how she came to know about it. Make of that what you will, my friend seemed to think it was genuine!

If a firm of solicitors had a lucrative job like this to do, there is no way one of their solicitors would discuss it in public.

Alot of "my friends, colleagues, girlfriend's uncle" going on in there. Clearly rubbish.

No chance, a lawyer spends years training, they would not throw away their career by mouthing off, complete bollocks IMHO but thanks for posting.

Would like to think that a firm of solicitors isnt full of blabbermouths and gossips actually........... Am i right in thinking that you go to that profession when you want stuff to remain confidential.... However, i do acknowledge that times are hard and maybe spurs cant afford the more tight lipped legal services these days and have had to resort to representation from solicitors that utilise the phrase "honest baz's legal services" or summat like that.....

There would be nda and confidentiality agreements for anything like this if it was true, anyone breaching something like that can pretty much forget about working in law again

It is so far fetched it is ridiculous
