Klinsmann did and in a time when it was pretty alien for any World Class foreign player to play in England.

Jurgen was a much bigger transfer in my opinion.

I’ll never forget hearing that for the first time on the radio while driving through Dagenham

Yeah Klinsmann was a big deal wasn’t he.

BALE, REGUILON TO FLY TO LONDON ON FRIDAY

Gareth Bale
will fly from Madrid to London tomorrow before signing for Tottenham.

Plans are in place for Bale and his team-mate Sergio Reguilon to fly together on a private jet from Madrid.

Negotiations have continued to progress well overnight and whilst no agreement has been signed, a deal is expected to be concluded before the two Real players head for London.

The 31-year old Welsh international owns his own private jet, but it would be expected for Tottenham to organise the players’ transit.

Both players will fly to London tomorrow on the same private jet to sign for spurs according to sky sports news

When did Regulion fly back to Spain? Wasn't there ITK from inside a Stansted Airport toilet that confirmed his presence via stool sample analysis or something?

According to google, Kane has a better handicap than Bale?

Can imagine them two being very competitive together.
I work with a guy who went to School with Bale and Sam Warburton, he said Bale was excellent and competitive at all Sports so I am sure him and Kane will have a few competitive rounds for sure.

I asked him was he still in touch to get some inside knowledge.....he isn't. He did say he was a nice guy in school though.

I couldn't give a toss how long he's signed for, nor how much he's getting paid.
I'm just going to enjoying every fucking minute that he's here.
