Spurs have managed to take the joy out of one of the most joyous moments as a Spurs fan. Now it will just be relief if he signs instead of excitement. Something has to be up. No reason at all for this delay otherwise.

I like that it’s going to be on BT. Crouch is ex Spurs and they played together for two enjoyable years, while it’s also a bit of a middle finger to Sky Sports and the way the have tried to caveating every possible positive of this signing.

Considering this is one of our biggest transfers and it only gathered pace on Tuesday I think we should not be too disappointed to have it announced on Saturday. It won't have dampened the transfer in any way for me. I've loved this last week, its what the transfer window is all about.

I can’t agree with those of you who are saying things like ‘lost the joy/ excitement of this signing’.

Is the exciting part not getting to actually watch a world class player, and one who is amongst our very best ever, play for us again?

I have lost interest in either of the signings, if we sign them, ok, if not, so what’s. Only Tottenham could make a signing so useless..
The second it‘s announced y’all will be crying with joy like the rest of us, chill

You reckon that's more exciting than reading a tweet saying "We're delighted to announce..."?!

It's an announcement chill the fuck out, what does it matter, it's a bit of fun, to say you're losing joy because they haven't announced signings that can't even play tomorrow is sad as fuck. Just enjoy the moment, we're sign 2 ridiculously quality players regardless of whether there's a 2 minute info of them saying how excited it is to be here and how nice they think our stadium is.

So we know Crouch was interviewing him and we know he's at the stadium.

What's the betting he's just got vertigo and they can't get him down from the skywalk?

If the delay has genuinely sapped you of your joy over this signing, you’re following all of this much too closely. Put the phone down, watch today’s matches and check in once every few hours.

He’s fucking signed, we all know it, it’s just a matter of completing the videos and/or waiting for the moment the club have decided it would be best to make the announcement.

Becoming a chore reading all this nonsense. Chill out and have a glass of something nice. It is the weekend after all.
