The popular Belgian has left Tottenham Hotspur after eight years and now he and the club must look to the future.

Sunday marked the final day in the Tottenham Hotspur playing career of Jan Vertonghen. The 33-year-old Belgian watched from the bench as his eight years at the club came to a close, a period during which he became one of the finest defenders in Europe.

Sad to see him go, great players great guy, not to mention he was so good looking i would have let my wife sleep with him and understood!

There were games where he was the best player in the world in his position when it was not his position he was that good!

i will never forget the dortmund game!
