Wouldn't be surprised if Simeone goes to Bayern in 12 months time.

His style of football is the polar opposite of how they want their team to play. Suspect Pep will eventually be replaced by someone who plays similar football.

Dortmund's wobble was because half their team was injured. They were rock bottom at one point and finished the season in 7th. That's pretty good going! He'd been there 7yrs and had come to the end of the cycle, his best players kept being poached because of their release clauses and still they had - his first season and this season aside - been genuine challengers to Bayern. It's a great record.

City should go for someone like Ancelotti if they have dreams of Pep next season. Ancelotti isn't a long term appointment and City hasn't been a long-term job so far. Even Guardiola isn't really a long-term appointment, 3 years or so and then he'll burn out or get bored.

Klopp is a far more long-term option, or at least should be, for someone.. maybe even Arsenal when Wenger finally gives up. Although Klopp says he's having 6mths off and Ancelotti seems to have a back injury that needs surgery, so he'll be away for a bit. No one wants to manage West Ham, I guess! (Bilic, probably)
Well, I was aware of that. Perhaps they are just more convinced with guardiola.

I agree about Klopp, he's a magnificent coach and would take him at the lane in a heartbeat. Unfortunately I don't think many teams look at their next coach as a long-term plan. They want instant results or some success within a couple of years, otherwise it's on to the next flavour of the month.

Jokanovic soon to be removed from Watford. Fair enough, what's he ever done for them....... o_O

That will mean they will have had 5 managers in a year. Madness.

Apparently they have some Spanish sort lined up, Quique Sanchez Flores.

Jokanovic's contract is up and they appear to be suggesting his contract demands are unreasonable which I find surprising.

Not removed, but it's expiring and he's demanding too much to stay.

I don't think they'd voluntarily lose a manager that successful if they could avoid it.

Real Madrids assitant manager, Paul Clement, is set for Derby. Will be interesting to see how he'll do as a manager, the frist time he is the boss.

Come on you don't believe that do you? His contract is expiring but this is a leadership who had sacked 3 managers this season so history suggests they are the issue.

I can't believe that Jokanovic would have demands so high considering he has the opportunity to manager in the prem. Just sounds a bit suspect to me.

Also the fact that they already have someone lined up.

I think all the top 6 Prem sides will be keeping their managers.

West Ham is the biggest job in the Prem available right now but they won't get the big names. I'm thinking Bilic.

Watford are just bonkers.

Arsenal really would be wise to start thinking about a succession plan. Wenger can't go on forever. You'd think if they can get someone like Klopp, then they'd be rather silly not to.

With Ancelotti being sacked by Madrid and Klopp available, there are some big managers looking for work who will surely have suitors in the premier league.

Im a bit surprised that Madrid didn't go for Klopp, i thought he would of given them the style of football they love. Think Benitez is an odd choice in that regard.

Rodgers and Pelligrini look in trouble imo. If City don't go for Klopp this summer i could see them trying to tempt Pep next year. Also i wouldn't be surprised if Liverpool go for FDB.

What does everybody think, who will end up where?
Klopp is available?
