Nobody knows if he is staying or going, probably not even Poch yet. So many posts stating it's almost a certainty he stays, that's madness.

More likely he goes than stays IMO

Absolutely mate. I've been trying to play Devil's Advocate inside my head and have tried to think of what it would take to tempt Poch away after considering all his options (if there was even a cat in hell's chance Levy would OK an approach...) and the same answer kept coming back time after time.

"Fucked if I know". Apart from being a bigger club with more fans, they have absolutely nothing over us. NOTHING.

.
Pocky is a clever man. He’s like a poker player. He’s looking at all the possibilities. The angles he can make from this. Why would he say he wasn’t going there?

1) it would weaken his position with levy
2) he would weaken his future position with Man United. If he wanted to go there in the future
3) He’s probably bored off his tits continually awnsering the speculation that comes every time someone at a “big club” loses their job.
4) the future is lily fucking white. And he knows it.

The end.

Like it or not....

he's gonna be link every time these.... "once in a lifetime" jobs is available.

I know Poch is ambitious. but he also likes stability, I would be more worried if City or Barcelona comes calling.

anywho... big jobs come around at least once a season. Hopefully, he can say he is happy and man utd can go find someone else.

Zaha, De Gea, the Silva brothers were highly regarded along with Nani and anderson, Vidic, Ronaldo, rooney.

My point was they used to vacuum up ALL the young talent, they haven't done that in a long time, even the last couple of seasons under Ferguson

They dont anymore because they're not the club they use to be

And all those players you mentioned are from 10 years ago apart from De Gea....they arent as attractive as they use to be.

You know what poch could have ended this today in his press conference he choose not too.

He’s flashed his knickers it’s as simple as that.

He can get fucked, the hypocrisy of him having a go at walker etc for wanting to leave.

Henry Winter has brilliant links with us if I believe right? He’s wrote that article.

The other one to look out for is guillem balague he’s close with poch monitor what he says
Balague tweeted

"United's favorite coach is Pochettino. But they'll have to negotiate with Levy. Then they would have to convince Pochettino too. None of the two things are guaranteed "

Articles like this just piss me off

Where does it once say Poch is open to the idea of going to UTD. Fucking garbage should not be allowed to be printed.

Its only going to get worse every day until this shit is put to bed ?

How close is he to Ballbag out in Spain? I know he wrote the book etc. His piece today is hardly shooting the rumours down.
I found his piece today encouraging.

"In 48 hours there will be a provisional coach while they try to convince Pochettino to be it in the future. He will not take care of that call until he agrees with Levy a starting price, which may never exist. It does not have a termination clause. Therefore, if all parties agree, it would be the most expensive transfer of a coach in the history of football."

Ballague has already spoken. He said something along the lines of Poch definitely being United first choice, but they would have to reach an agreement with Levy and convince Poch to want to come, neither of which might be possible. Something like that anyway, but the gist was that Poch is happy at Spurs and it would take a lot to convince him to pack up and leave.

If they have to agree a fee with levy then that's done. Not going to happen.

Don't know why people actually view those articles. Just giving them the time of day and more views = more money to them. We know full well what the majority will say.

It looks like the rags having been leaving large sections of quotes out to push Poch to Man Utd headlines (surprise surprise). Including:

"I'm happy here in Tottenham and I have four-and-a-half years left on my contract. I understand you're interested because there are a lot of rumours but look, I'm happy here, trying to give my best to the club."

Someone posted the full interview. Well worth a watch. He didn't want to talk about it.

I think we should adopt the way of the Samurai with this one ?

If we all just assume he's going, then we won't get distracted by the twists and turns between now and the summer, and if he goes we'll be prepared, and if he stays we can all be really happy.
