Protests planned for Wednesday evening pre kick off.

Is this the beginning of a fans backlash on Levy and Lewis? A realisation that as a club we are going absolutely nowhere Perhaps....

But what is the next step? Where do we go? Do we see the season out as is? Do we pray for a change of ownership? A change of management? Do we get to
January and pray for investment?

Question therefore is: What is the next step now at Spurs? What do we do?

Levy let's gives poch what he needs and gives him free reign to sort us out, unhindered.

We have a 3 year plan and bring through the yoots and develop a core of players with lilly white coursing through their veins.

That'll do for starters.

I think protests are a good idea. I'd be more for banners/chants etc directed at giving the manager what he wants though.

protests will not even cause ENIC to bat an eye lid, there will be no response from the board, we will continue as we are, until results get that bad that it's manager sack time, and we start again. I feel for Poch, really I do, as it is clear that the wrong guys are always in the firing line 1st. Can't see any serious investment in January, can you?

Protests ?

Plenty of chat on social media that people will be meeting outside west stand pre match on Wednesday. Makes sense. Fans have had enough. Ripped off and watching out club slide backwards. Everyone is fed up with Levy and co running us into the ground.

I'd ask every fan what their season expectations were. Mine were we'd get less points than last year but score more and play better football. it'll take time though and we are going to have plenty of days like today along the way. We aren't the only side getting results like this either. Every top 7 side from last year bar Chelsea have been poor this season, either performing like us and losing or luckily scraping wins like Arsenal.

We've had glimpses of better football, we've brought through Kane Mason and dier already and we've removed vastly underperforming players from the matchday squad.

Worrying is Ade, strikers in General in fact, and full backs. Rose is ok but Davies will be better, Dier is good but not a rb. Ade has been poor, soldado missing chances, Kane yet to be given a chance in league. Some poch decisions I don't agree with.

League form will be jackal and Hyde. My hope is the cup form will be good and bring us silverware.

In all honesty, the sooner we are are out of Europa, the better IMO. I'm hoping next year if we are not in the Champions League, that we are well away from Europe.

The powder keg situation has just been building and building:

Dismantling the best team we've had in years.
Stripping the club of any characters.
The mind-numbingly dull football under AVB.
Selling Bale and spunking most of the cash on 'prospects'.
Sherwood.
A summer where we spent less than anyone else in the league.
Rejecting a takeover bid that had a lot of people's hopes up.
Constant stadium problems culminating in rumours of two years at Milton Keynes.

Admittedly not all of that is the fault of Levy/ENIC, but I think it sums up why so many Spurs fans are at breaking point. We spent years trying to break out of mid-table mediocrity, then no sooner than we manage it we go and fall straight back to square one.

Not sure what protests will achieve, but it doesn't surprise me that it's being talked about. The way things are going we'll struggle to fill WHL in a few years...let alone a 60,000 seater stadium.

We didn't actually reject a bid. They decided not to bid unfortunately :(

This is so depressing.

I guess we won't know why, but the money that Levy/Lewis asked for was far too optimistic and not realistic, either that or it was just a publicity stunt (Not that they needed one tbh)

Pointless protesting, as Levy and Lewis are desperate to sell and do a bolt.. The only thing probably stopping them is a ridiculous price tag that no one is prepared to pay.. They don't give a flying shite about us the fans. Their only interest is the size of the return on their investment..

In my onions, no it isn't going well yet, do we as a club have a divine right to success? Absolutely not. Everyone needs to pull in the same direction from the top to the bottom, fans booing every week will not help at all, and a protest is just going to produce even more bad publicity for the club.

But how much does my opinion count from the comfort of my armchair?

We are a third of the way there already .
