I think the Skins would be crazy to not to draft Chase Young, Mental

Depends on what they were offered for the 2nd pick. Everything has a point where the valuation is just too good, Skins have a lot of holes across their roster and DL is actually one of their strengths

Desperately waiting for the draft to roll around, one of the few sporting related things to sink into and soak up for a couple of days. Could be an interesting draft for my team - Detroit Lions - hoping for A) someone trades up with Skins to 2 to secure a QB meaning Chase Young falls to us at 3 or B) we trade down to 5 or 6 grab Okudah and get an extra 1st or 2nd round pick.

Also, dynasty fantasy rookie drafts start happening right after the draft, mines on the 27th April, so looking forward to that as well.
Would you not take Simmons over Okudah although it's probably right to suggest the need for a CB is greater?

As for the Raiders, I think Mayock will undoubtedly look to trade down for more picks, especially with the lack of any second rounder but that being said, we desperately need to nail one of the 3 top WR's here and most likely between Jeudy and Lamb. 19th pick I reckon will just trade but I guess it depends who's available in the secondary that might be the key factor here.

I'd take Okudah. We are pretty well stocked at LB just now with Collins, Davis, Tavai and have a decent prospect at safety in Will Harris. Simmons is most definitely enticing with his athleticism and adaptability, but I think Okudah is probably more pro ready from day one and immediately replaces the loss of Slay.

So who does everyone want their team to pick?

The Dolphins have three picks. The talk now that they won't take a QB with their first (No.5). I really hope we don't pass on Tua. I'm not sure I could stomach him going somewhere else and being a success.

I saw one mock draft seeing the Raiders take Lamb at 12 and Kinlaw at 19 but that seems extremely optimistic to me.

We'll be picking a RB or WR so either Cam Akers or Jalen Reagor. Akers would be a durable option at RB and Reagor would be a deep threat to complement JuJu. If I had to pick one then Akers because while James Conner and JuJu are both in the final years of their rookie deals there's more doubt over Conner's future than JuJu's.

Well.....the media would have you believe that the Pats are doing everything they can to trade up.

But having seen this team operate for the last 35+ years i fully expect us to trade out of the first round for a 2nd and a 4th.....in the second round draft a corner 4 rounds earlier than need be (incidentally he will end up on IR out of pre-season and will never really play for us before we cut him in 2 years) and then with the 4th round pick we will draft a Guard who is considered a "project".

Belichick will draft fucking Jake Fromm or Shea Patterson in the 5th round and turn him into a Super Bowl winner. It's annoying.

If Herbert is around after Miami and the Chargers then that's got to be Pat's territory to trade up to get him?

All the rumours center around us chasing Tua.

my impression is that the team really likes Stidham and are content to give him a shot to start. But that they LOVE Tua and if they thought there was a chance they could get up and get him they may take it.

I don't think there is a chance to do that so i think if we draft a QB it will be 3rd-5th round....Jalen Hurts absolutely screams "Patriots Way" and Jake Fromm has the whole "coaches kid" and super high wonderlic score that the Pats love.

For me, if the team loves Tua and can get up to draft him....great. If not, then take someone from the Gross-Matos, Epenesa, Baun group to refill the front 7.
