What's impressed me about Ramos the most is how he's got us out of tricky situations with his tactical substitutions. Switching Lennon on the left and changing things to a 3-5-2 was a masterstroke. He has instilled a winning mentality into the players and I think this was most evident in our away win at Man City earlier this season. We were a man down when Zokora was sent off harshly but the team regrouped and I think most agree that this game showed our new found character. Even in this game, most teams fold when going 1-0 down against Chelsea. They have a great record in Cup finals. But, Ramos is something truly special....
