IN
Jonny - Wolves - First choice left back.
...other options: Sergio Reguilon, Diego Rico, Alex Grimaldo, Mario Rui, Jamal Lewis

James Tarkowski - Burnley - 1st/2nd/3rd choice CB, basically someone of comparable level to Toby/Sanchez for depth and competition.
...other options: Lewis Dunk, Tyrone Mings, Jamal Lascelles, Fabian Schar, Jan Bednarek

Geoffrey Kondogbia - Valencia - Starting defensive midfielder.
...other options: Mikel Merino, Pierre-Emil Hoijberg, Erick Pulgar, Boubakary Soumare, Jefferson Lerma

Josh King - Bournemouth - Backup striker that can play wide/#10/second striker if needed.
...other options: Gerard Moreno, Dodi Lukebakio, Gerard Deulofeu, Michail Antonio

Jayden Bogle - Derby - Young, competition RB.
...other options: Many options here, went with Bogle because he's English.

OUT
Vorm
Vertonghen
Foyth - Not my pick, just seems inevitable.
Lamela
Sissoko

SQUAD
Lloris, Gazzaniga, Whiteman
Aurier, Bogle
Alderweireld, Sanchez, Tarkowski, Tanganga
Jonny, Davies
GLC, Ndombele, Kondogbia, Dier, Winks, Skipp
Son, Dele, Bergwijn, Lucas, Sessegnon, Gedson
Kane, King, Parrott

GK - Lloris, Gazzaniga, Whiteman
RB - Aurier, Bogle, Dier, Tanganga
LB - Jonny, Davies, Sessegnon, Tanganga
CB - Alderweireld, Tarkowski, Sanchez, Tanganga, Dier, Davies
DM - Kondogbia, Dier, Skipp
CM - GLC, Ndombele, Winks, Dele, Gedson
(Creative) AM - Dele, GLC, Ndombele, Bergwijn
Wings - Son, Bergwijn, Lucas, King, Sessegnon, Gedson
ST - Kane, King, Son, Parrott, Lucas

I think this is realistic, affordable, and leaves us in a really good position. Maybe the one fault here is that Lo Celso is kind of the only creator in this squad in terms of players that actively look to play through balls. If we signed Gerard Moreno we'd have a backup striker as well as someone that could challenge for the #10 spot or play on the wing, so he'd be the ideal signing. King just seems far more likely.

Seems we are looking at brining a director of football in if this is correct

I think whether or not you are a fan of Jose, we need to invest in him, financially and philosophically. He has wanted, we understand, to have Campos in since he arrived at the club.
If this is how he wants to work then I would absolutely go in for him. The economics of football in Europe are going to change as we recover through this virus and having someone who has a network and is able to identify talent and structure without paying or purchasing at the very top table seems sensible.
I have no idea what Campos would bring into academy coaching and development however. We have had some highly regarded coaches and directors at this level over the years and unsurprisingly they have gone off to more elite jobs. This side of the club needs to be nurtured though as this will keep the conveyor belt alive well after Campos and Jose are gone.
