N'Dombele for Semedo and Umtiti now being touted.

I'd like to see Tanguy given more time, so we should ignore all of these offers.

‘Apparently’ extending his contract at Chelsea a year

The story is that chelsea have a 1 year extention that they are looking to do on his contract. Apparently the rumour came from Di Marzio and a lot of media are doubting it as the 1 year option has seemingly come out of nowhere with no details or evidence so far.

Also reports of Giroud agreeing personal terms with Inter.

Meunier is apparently close to joining which rules out Semedo, whereas Umtiti is a perma-crock.

Just seen Malang Sarr is available on a free, decent young CB and left footed which seems to be what we want

Was hoping to get Aaron’s but I can’t see meunier coming to be back up

Me too but it will be circa £30m saved in transfer fees that can hopefully be spent elsewhere. Unless we strike it lucky and bring both Meunier and Aarons in and sell both KWP and Aurier. The sales should offset the cost of Aarons.

Have seen some videos that psg fans have put on twitter of him and he makes trippier look like roberto carlos lol. Hopefully it’s a non starter but I fear this will be us in the transfer market

Meunier will be a big disappointment, I fear... however, if he's coming to be no.2 right back that's fine. Focus on Mukiele - looks the bees knees. Aarons has made no noises about coming so far, but really we need him to help the HG/U21 numbers in the squad. Emerson looks too slow in thought. Castagne doesn't look good enough and Atal is just coming back from injury. I'd avoid Semedo - bad knees like Umtiti, these days.

Not for me. He spent most of our games against Leipzig rolling around on the floor pretending he was injured.

As for Meunier, Dortmund are after him too. Aren’t they meant to be the bastion of football transfers if the Internet is to be believed

Meunier, Willian, Partey and Godin for 40m total would be great business. Especially if we can sell Serge, KwP and Lamela to bring that 40m back in. Nett Zero.

Would take the first 3 but would prefer Godfrey to godin who’s meant to be about £25m, but of course depends on budget

I am no great fan of Meunier to be honest but I have not watched loads of him. Some of these experienced available agents on free does seem attractive though and must be considering that I don’t believe a lot of clubs will spend a lot of money.
anyone watched him more consistently than me with a better idea of his qualities ?

It'll be interesting to see what happens with Lamela - I don't think any club would take a risk on his injuries - I think he's here until his contract is up.

In the ITK section of this site, TottenhamBoys ITK says that Sissoko might be up for sale. Maybe things have changed now, but an interesting one to watch.

I suppose the current circumstances may dictate that money we were hoping to raise from the sale of players would now be much reduced. I cannot, for example, see Southampton buying KWP outright, I cannot see QPR buying Amos.
If Newcastle get their takeover I can see them signing Rose.
Would you really see any more sales ? I would doubt it in which case where would the coffers be filled from ?

He's a Davies on the right pretty one paced though not bad defensively. Personally I'd like to see a more explosive in defensive and attack right wing back.

We just need defenders who are consistently good decision makers, can maintain concentration and do not make mistakes. The way Jose sets up defensively we will not concede many if individual mistakes are eradicated.
