What's all this hype about rodrigo. Wasn't he a flop at Bolton? Scored one goal in 19 appearances if my memory serves me right. If so that's a definite no go. Also I can see hulk being the potential signing as he can play up front and either side of midfield therefore keepin soldado happy as hulk would only play there if bobby was injured.

If we let Ade or Defoe go & not get anyone in, it would be a ridiculous thing to do. So, I fully expect us to go for a forward, especially with Ade so much out of favour.

I think you're right there.

It will be a miracle to get ade to move though if what we've heard about him is true. We are the team likely to get screwed on that one on the last day.

If he does go a replacement has to come in. Preferably a striker who is tall, can head and hold the ball up.

Mata contributed to 29 premiership goals last season. Bale contributed to 30. That's how good he is. Mata is absolute class.

Can't see us going for a 45m player at all, and Goat is hit and miss depending on source - and salt goes well with all ITK anyway. However, others have said we're not done, and another striker for less than 20m and a LB certainly makes sense and seems doable. We need both IMO, and would love to see us shift Ade, and, for his sake, Siggy..
