I know he's a gooner, but I'm actually quite happy about this. He's another one who's opinion I'm actually quite interested to hear, like when he's been on Sky before.

Surprisngly I really like Carragher and Neville on Sky so it will be more entertaining and worth listening to with Henry also IMO.

Are you joking? Watching Merson and Smith and all the other muppets stare lovingly into his eyes hanging off every word is going to be extremely annoying.

Having said that he went up in my estimation when he said that King was the only defender who could get the ball off him without fouling him

Carragher is just too biased to be a good pundit.

I don't really find him too biased, if anything I just think most of the time he states the obvious. I think I like him more for his banter with Neville than anything else!

I think Neville has been a massive success for Sky, he knows the game incredibly well and is very impartial when Utd are playing and never says "we". Unlike Carragher, who will turn every comment about any team into a Liverpool comment. For example, after the Swansea game, Solskjaer was talking about Bony being a handful and straight away Carragher comes out with "I hope Liverpool buy him".

Bore off Carragher!

*Other than that he is a decent bloke haha!

Disagree.
I expected the same, and specifically on Sunday I expected him to be ranting about Mata's offside goal.
Instead he was laying into the Liverpool defence for not being capable of holding a line together.

I heard this and to me he came across as, "its all gone to shit since I left". I like Neville, I despise Carragher and dont really know why I do.

Sky's fawning is laughable.

Had ssn on for two hours while working from home. So far they've covered Henry's appointment twice, spoken to various pundits about how great he is, shown reel after reel of his goals and given a run down of his career. Next we have Ray Parlour talking about Henry's best ever goals.

Yes I realise I could switch over.

He was good on BBC and was actually quite funny, not sure I can see him getting passionate like Nev and Carragher though

slightly off topic but did they offer you deals to keep it?
I'm thinking of calling to say I want to cancel to see if they will discount what I'm paying rather than actually cancelling

They did that for me mate. See what you can get, lay it on thick. I got 50% off for they year. if not, cancel it and reopen the account in your other half's/ flat mate's/ cat's name - they'll give you an intro offer.

I like carragher and Neville but are clear hypocrites

Last season they kept having a go at us for signing to many players

Last season Neville said united would be fools to sign players like tottenham

Yet when Man Utd were shite at the start of the season he said they needed another 3 or 4 players for alot of money

Liverpool signed 7 players for more than us, yet neville said they did good business

Then Liverpool are mess and he says that the issue is that their net spend was tiny despite it being near £40m, yet never mentioned our tiny net spend

They are biased to liverpool and united, despite both teams being shit they are still great.

They talk about their great academies but never mentioned ours despite bringing through more players than theirs in the last couple of years

Good analysis though, it just goes wrong when they have to talk about management
