Why on earth any THFC fan would read or listen to this WUM absolutely baffles me. He's put out there to wind people up, just stop listening or reading.
This is the same man who said......"QPR under Redknapp will finish higher than Spurs under AVB"
He's always been a shock jock.....but recently ,since the hate mail signed him up....he's gone into another gear....he's a fucking clown shoe.
I don't ever remember Spurs fans booing Bale even when we couldn't win with him in the team. And that's despite a fair section of our fans being booing ****s. He's made that up.
And yes Harry does deserve credit for what he did with Bale but Durham was so insistent that AVB would fail, he's looking for any excuse now to justify AVB's current success. Every manager walks into a team with a couple of top players in, he's clutching at straws and it's just a non-point.
Durham & The Mail are made for eachother.
Next week in Durham's Mail column: Black immigrant footballers raise house prices in London.

He is just a football shock jock SB. He is no big deal a pretty mediocre example of an exponent of this dark art....... remember his job is to wind fans. He does that alright.
why anybody listens to talkshite or read anything this prick says is beyond me.
Personally I think we should ban anybody from posting anything that comes from these twats, in the same way RAWK did for The Sun albeit for very different reasons
I quite like him I know he said AVB hasn't got a clue but then again so did most spurs fans before he left chelsea and quite a afterwards too. I particularly like his daily arsenal, ooh boy does that piss them off.
Maybe Durham could write an article on how Harry should have been thankful to Levy for giving him a team that included Luka Modric!
Although my sentence is facile, the underlying point - i feel - is accurate. Yes, AVB should be thankful that he has a team that has Bale in it (much in the same way that if AVB left tomorrow, his successor should be thankful that he has been a team that includes Lloris and Vertonghen); however, all managers reap the rewards of those who proceed them ("on the shoulders of giants", etc.) so creating an article out of it is, to put it bluntly, f**king stupid.
I don't remember Bale ever having a consistently excellent run like he is having now under Harry. Surely if his improvement from youngster to good premiership player was down to Harry then his current improvement to dominant superstar must have something to do with avb.
