An article from "The Sun" says Bob Bradley wants Tom Carroll at Swansea for £10 million.

Tom Carroll to Swansea (WalesOnline article)

Since he's 24 now and has Dembele, Dier, Wanyama and Winks above him in the pecking order, I'd say it would be time he starts to look for a new club. I like the chap, but I just can't see a future for him at Spurs.

£10 million seems like a pretty great price for him to me. (y)

He's 24? How the hell did that happen? Guess it didn't help that he looked like a mascot when he made his first team debut.

Has slipped down the pecking order now. I still think he's a tidy player who can pick a pass but probably not for us now. Swansea obviously like him and it seems a fair enough price.

10 mil is a no-brainer. We have younger players in the squad that are better than what he brings to the table.

Wish him all the best in future.

10m would be pretty great.

10m.... hell yeah.
Unforuntely, this article says they will not pay £10m for Carroll.

TOM Carroll is among Swansea City's January transfer targets but the Welsh club will not be forking out £10million to sign the Tottenham midfielder.

Swansea would certainly be keen on landing Carroll, but not for the £10million asking price being quoted.

It is understood clubs were told Carroll would cost just half that amount in the summer and, with Swansea viewing their pursuit of a defender as their most pressing piece of January business, they are very unlikely to stump up such a high sum for the midfielder this time around.

Gotta be honest, I've always struggled with Tom Carroll. It's clear that he's a tidy passer of the ball but he lacks in a lot of other areas for me and was never going to break through into our first team properly. Winks is considerably younger and overtaken him easily, as has Onomah. IMO he would be a good championship player but will still struggle even in Swansea's team.

Somewhere around 7.5m mark would be fair.

If we got £10 million for him i'd be amazed and delighted. Good move for club and player.

5 million would be great business for someone who has not started a single premier league game for us. 10 Million.. leave it out! he isn't very good!

I have agreed with you on the price and it is good business, it would be good for us for him and for them but I think he is a good player just not really good enough for us now.
