Our starting team vs Reading today: Lloris, Walker, Dawson, Vertonghen, Naughton, Sandro, Dembele, Lennon, Sigurdsson Adebayor & Defoe

And our subs: Friedel, Caulker, Livermore, Falque, Huddlestone, Parker & Dempsey #COYS
I would have thought Parker would start and give Sandro a rest, would be a perfect game to give Parker a long run out to bring him up to full fitness.

That is not a complaint by the way :)

I think this is currently our best CB partnership. Gallas has looked shaky and Caulker is till developing

I disagree. Apart from a couple of mistakes where Caulker should have left the ball to Lloris, I think he has been much better in the games he's played than Dawson this season.

I'm forever baffled with the decision to have Livermore, Parker and Huddlestone all on the bench.

I don't understand this CB rotation.

Obviously I realise Verts was rested on Sat, but why all of a sudden is Daws in there ahead of Caulker?

I guess the thinking is we will have all the possession and they will try to win it from set pieces and Dawson is more suited to winning the ball in the air than Caulker.

You got some statistical evidence to back that up?

No need really. Rest him against Coventry and then he won't play for nearly 2 weeks. Plenty of rest.
