Chelsea Home, Brighton home, Norwich away, Southampton Away, Liverpool home and Watford away. Plus a draw with Middlesbrough thrown in

5 points out of 18 is fucking dogshit. We could be 11 points off top 4 later

There is no answer. There is no instant miracle recipe that turns a mid-table side into contenders. Doesn't exist. He's only had a couple of months so far.

Apart from the new manager bounce I have seen no improvement in how we've played, I wasn't a fan of his appointment initially and he hasn't done anything to change my mind as of yet.

Poorer second half.

Son, who has stepped up with Kane was previously injured, is horribly out of form. Dele and Lamela were rubbish. Moura worked hard but for little return.

Gazza MOM for penalty save.

People here will slate of Aurier but thought he was very good today. Got off to a shaky start and Delofeu but handled him quite well.

Jose isn't the answer.
No Kane, no Ndombele, no Lloris, no Davies, no Sissoko, Vertonghen finished, Eriksen on his way out. This is a ridiculous statement to make at this point. Just reactionary bullshit moaning because we were 1mm away from winning.

Sure, it's frustrating but saying Jose isn't up to it after 2 months is laughable. Give the bloke a pre season and a couple of transfer windows at least.

I don’t know why I feel possessed to keep watching this team play. A supposed top side. We’re a joke.

Apologies for having an opinion. I'll remember to keep my mouth shut next time or ask for your permission to speak.

It's clear that we need a striker. While in Poch's system we might have worked with Son or Lucas playing there, right now we're screaming for one.

It’s the board fault we’re in this position for not strengthening the team, most of the times being reactive and making signings when we have to. Poch warned Levy so many times and Levy made it look like Poch was at fault for the poor season and a lot of fans thought Levy had to sack Poch

We have 1 decent fullback (Davies), no capable DM, no backup striker. The squad is dead, this season is dead

Will enjoy watching Eriksen dominate games for Inter while we’re playing shit

The thing is that we did buy players in those positions under Poch. Trippier, Aurier, Sessesgnon, Dier, Wanyama, Janssen, Llorrente. Quite a significant outlay between them actually. Is it Levy's fault that they all either haven't worked out, or succumbed to very serious injury issues? I don't think so - I expect he controls the chequebook, but isn't responsible for scouting or for the final decision on whether or not a player suits the squad. That's got to be between the scouts and the manager, both of whom appear to have underperformed in that regard.

Not a great result, but given our injury list and lack of clean sheets, 0-0 away against an in form Watford side is’nt a bad result.

Michael Oliver is a joke though. We got rinsed throughout the game due to him not reffing the game the same way we have had our games reffed recently.

Don't care if people feel it's excuse making, the man bottled two decisions that would have changed the nuts and bolts of the game.

Let's see if the media are all over the Watford players - I doubt it.

The amount of people I’ve seen say Mourinho isn’t the answer is ridiculous. Honestly what is the matter with people. He has no Lloris, Davies, Ndombele and Kane and he has had 18 days of his first transfer window and yet people think that one of the best managers in Premier League history “isn’t the answer”.

The people that come out with such utter tripe have zero clue of football and how it works. How about we don’t blame the newly appointed manager but blame the players who just simply are not good enough.

What’s exactly else could Mou do today, who on the bench would have made this miracle happen where we turn into Liverpool....?
