Jamie O'Hara?

A fans favourite at the lane and a decent hard working midfielder. Now transfer listed by Wolves nd without a club according to Wiki. Its a bit unreal really how quickly his career has gone off... He seemed a level headed guy and not someone I'd expect to end up like that.

Any insights on Jamie O'Hara, anyone?

Or do you know of anyone else who has 'disappeared'?

Jamie O'Hara got Defoe's ex pregnant, twice, I think.

Ah, the incestuous life of footballers and models.

He's gone down two levels with Wolves whilst being injured for virtually two straight years. Was apparently not even given a squad number this season (says Wiki).

Injured? Well that will obviously explain part of the demise...

Played 19 games in the PL before the initial long-term injury and only played 15 in total in the Championship, so I may have exaggerated in saying he's been out for two years but he certainly hasn't played much.

Was hoping he'd be involved with Wolves this season. Be weird but kinda cool to see him playing at Crawley.

He was transfer listed as one of the players who didn't contribute to their relegation season in the Championship when he was able to play, and has since publicly said he considers himself to be a Premiership player.

Watching o'hara disrespect Spurs in the cup final against Portsmouth by cheering on Portsmouth as a pundit made me erase him from my memory. Dick head.

http://www.expressandstar.com/sport...ohara-attracts-40-scouts-to-wolves-under-21s/

The £5m transfer-listed midfielder appeared for the first time in a Wolves shirt since his toxic afternoon at Brighton when the club was relegated to League One as he played the full 90 minutes in the Under-21s’ 2-0 defeat to Everton at Telford.
O’Hara received a few boos to start from the crowd of 301 but polite applause during the game after playing well, while he had an effort disallowed for offside.
A young fan asked the 26-year-old for his shirt as he left the field and O’Hara said: “You can have it – if I ever play for Wolves again.”
Birmingham City boss Lee Clark, and representatives from Nottingham Forest and Stoke were among the record 40-strong guestlist at the New Bucks Head.
But O’Hara told observers afterwards that he is nowhere near landing a move.
Wolves head coach Kenny Jackett, who watched from the stands alongside owner-chairman Steve Morgan, head of football development Kevin Thelwell and assistant head coach Joe Gallen, is prepared to give O’Hara and fellow transfer-listed players Johnson and Ward game time to secure their futures away from Molineux.
“The number of requests from scouts to watch the game was very high,” said Jackett. “If they want to play – and that’s a big thing – they can get some game time in the run-up to the end of the window, which is just under three weeks away.
“They then have the opportunity to phone their agents and phone around and let people come and watch them.”
Asked if Johnson and Ward – who has a knee injury – would also get the chance to take part in a similar game, Jackett said: “Yes. They’re still here and training.”

Seems like he hasn't been totally forgotten about.

My only memory of Jamie was at the game in Hong Kong 4? years ago.
After losing to some micky mouse team playing in Arsenal colours he was the only player to acknowledge the away support which was numerous and loud and most of whom had traveled many miles to witness such a dire spectacle.

id imagine its got something to also do with his wages, with Wolves rapid demise i would think he has got a contract high above what a league 1 outfit could afford to pay

Don't understand why he ever thought Wolves would be a good idea.

Good passer, tenacious but he should have kept his mouth shut. Made himself unlikeable without the real talent to back up being such a tit.

A better player than his status shows though, would be good at Cardiff or somewhere.

I want to know what happened to Teemu Tainio.

Went to Red Bulls, currently with some Finnish outfit. Unlike O'Hara, though, could have been a genuinely top-class midfielder if it hadn't been for his appalling injury record.

I was stoked with his signing from Auxerre. Was very tidy CM. Bit of everything and he really could have gone on a level but was made of glass. Scored some lovely goals though, good technique.

Look at the score, Didier? :D
