Yep. He rigged the game so DL simply didn't play.

He's fucked himself over here really. That's what is eating him up inside.

Thanks, RichieS - and this 'rigging' is why I don't think we've done anything wrong. We didn't circumvent the rules over this transfer because there was no transfer there to be had - at least not as they seemed to want it - and given he wanted to leave and his contract was expiring, it seems they were entirely in the wrong.

Be careful with Whiskey nose, the murder I have seen this man get away with in the last 20 years regardless of rules or who is/was in the right, is sickening and infuriating. He does what he wants, when he wants and the stupid old fuck always gets appeased one way or another.

This is the Man who dictated to the FA and Premier League and then the High Court that we couldn't sign a player he decided he didn't want us to and the prick got his way.

He is the only Manager in the Premier League who is allowed to flaunt the FA rule that says all Managers MUST attend ALL postmatch press conferences as he doesn't like doing them. He rarely does any my Journo mate says.

Rafa missed one once because of a personal issue and was fined.

Also the top dog at Utd is no 2 at the FA now too.

Horrible club who act like a spoilt kid and a bully but all too often get their way, and because SAF hasn't, for once, got his way here, and I'm proper chuffed he hasn't, he is fuming as its not what he's used to happening.

Als, I think it speaks greatly that Levy had no intention of going to a tribunal. Why? Probably because he knows, as most do but would never admit it, that SAF rules the roost and would get exactly what he wanted at the tribunal so the whole endeavour was a waste of time.

Comment on the daily Fail article. Spot on IMO

When Fryers signed for Standard Liege he ceased to be any part of the Manchester United set up. If Standard Liege are happy to sell the player on that is their prerogative. If Fryers wants to leave Standard Liege that is his decision. This situation has nothing to do with Manchester United.

I jest of course. That's the one. How did Fergie manage to veto it?
