tbh we actually played some very nice expansive stuff, and leeds look like a championship team. I think we can take them at their place. Im confident about it.

Silly challange by daws, but if it wasnt for his challange a few mins earlier it would of been 2-2 without the pen.

generally their are actually quite a few possitives to take out of the game, Rose looked usefull. Pav looked good, 3 up front looked good, and also we have lernt that Jenas and Modric do not work. Quite a good preformance by us actually we should of ripped them to shreds, but lets leave that for the replay.

So thats a penalty and the challenge on Defoe wasn't.

Maybe Fergie was right, maybe it is time for him to retire.

So we conceded 4 goals in two games, dawson is playing poo and all this coincides with jenas coming back in the team

held by hull, leeds, defeats to stoke and wolves at home - the smaller teams just love coming and doing us over and off course we let them everytime. no bottle. just have to look at utd smashing 4 past hull and apparently they didn't even play well. ah well the joys of supporting this team never end.

at leeds we will run up a cricket score if leeds dont improve. we let them into the game twice, cut down these errors we are on a complete diffrent level to them. Like I said they are a championship team at best. Anyone who says diffrent must be watching a diffrent game.

Relax people its a draw. We play them again and today I was entertained and if there is more of this action at the replay then I will gladly watch it again

Football is a simple game, take your chances and more often than not you win the game. Against the lesser oppositions i.e. Stoke, wolves, Leeds and Hull we have not taken our chances hence got exactly what we deserved. We cant always blame the ref, GK for playing a blinder or JJ.....

The thing is the penalty, right or wrong, should not have decided the match. We should have been streets ahead by then. Poor selection by Harry to have no defensive midfielder. Jenas was a total liability and had Wilson played from the start we should have won comfortably. Then when it is clear to everyone that JJ is having a nightmare, even by his own abysmal standards, he leaves him on to do further damage. The one bright spot for me was Pav, who in a few moments, illustrated why he should start ahead of Crouch. The replay is going to be anything but easy and I think, with our present outlook, we go as underdogs. Very pissed off.

If we are playing Leeds or Barcelona, if your a goal up in injury time you put the ball in the effin corner ffs, if we had been professional enough to do that then the penalty decision wouldn't have even happened.

well i think the strikers for the next game should be keane and pav
defoe has been shocking since the wigan game and has gone back to his selfish old ways
as for crouch he dont have a lot to his game apart from head downs
keane & pav deserve a chance

Positives to come out of it was that Bales for the 3rd game in a row was man of the match for me and Pav came on and showed what he was all about. Hutton was also very good going forward and defensively.

We were all over them, but didnt make the chances count. We can only blame ourselves.

thats the issue, we like playing well, against weaker teams unlike most people believe we actually have to let them play, or force them to play and then hit them on the counter, we also need to learn how to grind out results, but this game was actually a big experement on the part of redknapp we have learnt many things

WE didn't take our chances and we had so many, even at 2-1. One missed penalty and a challenge that Dawson did not need to make.
The basic problem is an inability to put the ball in the opposition's net. Perhaps Pav will get a start against Fulham.

Come the time of the replay, Pav and Bentley would have departed.. Is it worth us putting a quick bid in for Beckford...
