The Magic lose to the Jazz while the C's extend their streak to 9 wins and return to the top of the East!

There is definitely a case (again) that the West are stronger than the East overall. Though as I said at the start of the season, if the Celtics can keep KG fit, they will be strong contenders for the Championship.

Rondo is on fire at the minute as well.

Doesn't really matter at this stage, particularly in the East. The Cavs put up a great record last year and then lost to the Magic in the conference finals. Celtics, Magic, Cavs and Hawks are all going to cruise into the playoffs and then the real performances will happen.

West is a little different as the teams have to be a bit sharper during the regular season to make the playoffs. That might play against them come the Finals.

I actually see a team from the East winning it all this year.

Any of y'all watching the NCAA March Madness comp? It's been a good tourny so far.

Bits and pieces. I've got Ohio State, OU, Kent State and LSU connections so have had half an eye on it. Had a friend round last night whose Dad went to Northern Iowa - you can imagine how he was feeling!

More interested in the mighty Cavs, and whether Z & Shaq will be back and fit for the playoffs. I'm more confident than last year, but this year is incredibly hard to call. Still think the Lakers will step up to the mark, but if the Cavs get to the Final I reckon we'll do it.

Anybody been watching the playoffs? Been pretty straight forward so far in the Quarter finals, with the exception of the Cavs vs. Boston, which is shaping up very nicely for tommorows game in Boston.

Celtics have come alive in the playoffs after a dismal end to the regular season. After beating the Cavs 4-2, they've just taken a 3-0 series lead against the Orlando, beating them twice on their own manor. Rondo and Davis were immense last night.

Not sure if they can compete with the Lakers this time around, but if they stay in this form, who knows?

If you had asked me during any stage of the regular season whether I thought the Celtics could win it I'd have said no. But now they are playing some great Basketball with sufficating defence. The Cavs quit on them because they weren't getting their usual space and didn't know how to cope. The Magic looked completely dejected by about halfway through the second quarter last night.

They have so many scoring options and such good defence that I can see them beating the Lakers too. Rondo has just been an absolute beast in the last 2 series.

Celtics are doing a Tottenham! Orlando win 2 on the bounce to bring the series back to 3-2. Game 6 in Boston tomorrow - going to have to stay up for that one :-/

Incredible finish in the Lakers, Suns game! Lakers now lead 3-2 but I still think and hope Phoenix can do this!

Magic just didn't turn up at all.

If Rondo has any long term damage then the Celtics hopes will go with him.

Yeah I agree. Celtics needed to take 2 of the 3 home games because I can't see them winning both games in LA so they have to win Sunday night.

Duly done! This is one exciting series, different players seem to be stepping up in different games.
