Like i said weeks ago Downing is rated highly by Harry and the staff. I am told he is not a replacement for Lennon or Bale for that matter....Lennon has been offered a new contract
It has been confirmed by Rob that 2 of them 4 are from the list below plus Beckham

Also we havent officially bid for him yet...We have just asked to be informed with Liverpool chasing him. Our main priorities at the moment are a CF and CB... But Harry would like to add another winger to the squad... Also Parker should be completed once some of the deadwood have left...
Oh please no....I'd hit the drink if we signed him!

I agree, on what basis are Westandvoice and King Luka ITK, other than the fact they say they are?
I thought people had to prove to the mods that they were ITK to be classed as such, otherwise their stuff should just go in the player threads. Have they done this?

Which is not necessarily a bad thing as it suggests that the club is keeping their true targets very close to their chest and that they've stopped all the leaks ...
On the other hand, it's no fun/causes trouble when in the space of a few hours ... we hear itk's contradicting each other (losing modders, keeping modders, losing lennon, keeping lennon).
Because he is pants! Just looked at his scoring record, its abysmal.
i agree proofing should be thoroughly done because we all know the papers pick this stuff up and some of the info can do more harm to the club than good
