And how did this leak scupper the deal? Did the player not realise that he was going to luton? Did the fans throw a hissy? Or did the board use him as a scapegoat as they couldn't reach a deal?

My face is safe for the moment.

Well with Ivanovic at Chelsea and Vidic at Utd he wouldnt be too keen going there either if that was the case :razz:
