Agree. Think it must all have been set up over the past fortnight and is just formalities now the Sanchez and Bojan parts have gone through.
At best on his own at top.
Recently for Roma wide left of a 4-3-3.
He's incredibly versitile - could play with any type of partner - leading the line in front of vdV, supporting another #9 like Adebayor, or as the hold-up guy with a little nippy player like Rossi getting past him.

Perhaps. Only thing is that Vucinic plays left when he plays wide, not right.
Maybe the ideal option with Vucinic is:

I've posted this elsewhere, but we really do need to sell at least one of our current strikeforce before we can buy another, IMO.
This may drag out the window to unbearable levels, but I'm sure Levy will be thinking if we brought in Vucinic and say, Adebayor, we'd then have :
Defoe
Crouch
Pavlyuchenko
Keane
Giovani
Vucinic
Adebayor
I seriously doubt that that is going to happen. Ok, the mindset is we potentially have the ability to sell the deadwood or entertain offers for Keane, Crouch and the like, but there's always that hindsight that we are stuck with them come September 1st - which means 6 or 7 strikers all on the wage bill and taking up squad places within that alloted 25. Levy has to think about this, as do we, really.
I genuinely can't see us bringing in a striker - certainly not 2 - until we've at sold or loaned out one or more of our current crop.
We could agree deals in principle, of course. The longer it takes to shift what we have, the longer it will take to bring new players in.
Vucinic in, Giovani out? Possibly. But then Giovani wasn't really considered part of our squad anyway.

Great news about Vucinic. Probably the other striker will be Ade if we sign another, but...
In the Spanish press today they are mentioning Aguero's agents meeting with the player today to talk about the three teams which are willing to pay to 45m buyout clause. The teams according to the article are City, Inter and Spurs; although it does say City are the favourites as they can offer higher wages thsn the rest but are awaiting to see what happens with Tevez and Inter are awaiting on the Sneijder deal.

THe main reason for Vucinic's low goal rate this season was because he was played out of position and i would think if he's to come it would be to play upfront either alone or with another forward.
