There are some guys reporting that this years Bayern, that being Juventus, are in for Vucinic, having already had an offer accepted by Roma and talks ongoing today with the player. They also hope to finalise the Rossi deal on Monday. Going with a front 3 attack.

I have to laugh, you lot are nuts - 620 posts and counting and it's not even tea-time, blimey!

On a side note, glad to hear things are progressing well, seemingly, with Vucinic.

I just can't see us splashing £30m+ on a single player, like Rossi. I don't think we have the finanaces to risk that much money on one player. I think our max spend will still be somewhere around the £15m - £20m bracket on players who are out of favour. This could potentially be any of Vucinic, Affelay, Diarra, Adebayor. Obviously with Adebayor then wages is a big issue too.

again this is all confirming Roma accept. we still have the player to convince which in many cases is harder. 50% towards singing him at best.

I seriously doubt we would of been in negotiations this long had we thought Vucinci was likely to opt for Juve, doesn't make sense.

putting ITK aside i find it a little hard to beleive Roma would accept a bid from juve if there was a chance they could sell him to a team out of thier own league. THe Selling price to Juve is either a fair bit higher OR it's BS

yeah but I'm pretty sure we would of sounded out how strong the players interest was before entering detailed negotation. Time is money my man.

I bet the Juve stuff was leaked to give us a gentle shove in the right direction...wouldn't be surprised.

Doubt they'll go 3 up top, they're best player is Krasic and he's a right midfielder isn't he? Unless they plan on going 3-4-3 with a front 3 of Luca Toni, Quagliarella, Del Piero, Iaquinta, Matri and Vucinic. -Edit- Oh, and Rossi from Monday
